The echarm hotel is situated middle of the city and very convenient to travel by metro coz just beside Taihu metro station… and hotel staff also helpful

Nice hotel with probably the best light installation I ever experienced in a hotel room. However, many guests seem not to respect the non-smoking policy. The very nice reception staff moved us to a room where only the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. Breakfast was good but rather comparable to cheaper hotels with a ~20 yuan breakfast.

One of the best mid range hotels and the best one we stayed at for our 3 week trip. We booked the value room but They upgraded us for free. The bed was amazing and we had better sleep than at home. The hotels feels modern and new. It's location next to the subway station is a plus and hotel service was good.

Overall it was good, but there was a smell of cigarettes in the room. I changed to another room and it still smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast was a bit monotonous and the restaurant was relatively small. The overall experience was good, and there was free parking.

Room 713 is located in a corner. The area is quite good. It only lacks a chair (only one). The bedside and small cabinets are dusty and have not been cleaned.
