辦理入住的時候，前台讓我在大眾點評給了好評，説是可以免費升級房型，好評完之後給我的房間跟我訂的差不多；
房間地面很多灰塵，一次性紙杯套塑料袋使用，房間電視看不了打前台電話之後過了半個多小時才來人處理；
最抓馬的是車停地下停車場，可是酒店沒有電梯下負一樓，得自己提着行李箱走樓梯下去！

房間窗户非常非常小，升級了一間高級大床房窗户還是小的，貌似衹有豪華大床房才是大窗，在意的可以按自己需求選擇。服務很好，尤其是比起景區的服務態度真是一個天上一個地下了，呵呵。衞生可以，衞生間下水很好，不堵，很快。咖啡好喝，早餐味道好，之前在景德鎮住過康鉑，也是因為很好，所以這次看到就選擇了這家。總之，非常滿意。
