酒店在一個深山老林裏 三面環山 距離市區較遠
距離靈山大佛景區較近 正常車程10分鐘 酒店挺大的 配套也比較齊全 但是年代有點久 裝修也比較老了 早餐非常一般 節假日的早餐人很多 服務員收拾餐桌很潦草 上一客人用完後餐墊也沒有換新 擦桌子把餐墊掉在地上後直接撿起來鋪在桌上用……很無語

房間很大，酒店外面就是太湖，酒店坐落在景區內，去景區非常方便，酒店內設施非常齊全，希望酒店在早餐的種類和餐廳工作人員的人數方面再提升一下會更好

這個雙床的標間應該是一個大床房改的，從圖一照片可以看出來，一張1.2米的床放在當中，兩側的牀頭櫃離床的距離就大了，見圖二，這個木製牀頭櫃的桌角尖硬，入住的時候應該拿靠墊塞住，擋住桌角以防意外磕碰，我就是大意了，沒拿靠墊塞住，結果導致小朋友半夜翻身的時候從床上不小心摔下去的時候被這個尖硬的桌角給傷的不輕，萬幸的是沒傷到要害，萬幸萬幸。凌晨靠近3點左右給前台打電話的時候，前台當班的姑娘很認真，給送來了雙氧水和棉簽，創可貼；我要的碘伏，説沒有，我從房間趕到前台，在前台姑娘拿出的葯箱中，沒有碘伏，沒有紗布，找到一瓶雲南白葯是2020年產的。這個在攜程網上標註5顆星星的酒店，前台葯箱也就這樣。要感謝認真負責的前台當班姑娘，打電話給值班經理，值班經理幫忙送來的説是從餐廳找的碘伏，看不到生產日期，但是用的時候，葯水很淡了。在這裏提醒各位，入住的時候還是用靠墊塞住空檔，以免夜間翻身受傷，也期望酒店能更新一下葯箱，更換一下臨近過期的葯品，補充一下應急的。5顆星星要有5顆星星的樣子才對。感謝凌晨三點多出手幫忙的前台姑娘和幫忙的值班經理。這次小朋友受傷，總之萬幸。萬幸。

酒店外直接是蒼松翠竹好空氣，但酒店內通風不是很好有點悶，過道很寬玻璃有窗但打開的非常少。早餐的麪條很好吃。服務熱情及時。建議衞生間安裝晾衣繩。

整個酒店在景區，很漂亮，像個公園。房間很寬敞，乾淨。晚上睡覺特別安靜，早餐品種也比較豐富。離拈花灣，靈山大佛都很近，打車不太好打，自己開車很方便

衝著太湖邊的地理位置去的，比較偏周圍啥也沒有，晚上車輛也極少，建議還是自駕，出門去太湖邊還要開車十幾分鍾；酒店很大，很冷清，房間走道燈光灰暗，有些壓抑；早餐可選擇不多，連小餛飩也沒有，西餐類別衹有麪包和雞蛋糕，令人失望；泳池要 5 月 1 日以後才能開。
最後，搞團建和培訓可以來這裏，對酒店設施及餐食標準比較在意的話，還是選擇其他
