提前加了管家Lucy的微信，熱心的提前告知酒店提供的項目，預約了八段錦，搖船，旅拍等，服務非常到位。接駁車一應俱全，隨叫隨到，中途遇到點延遲，也很快解決了，好評。前台給升級了寶寶自助餐，很棒。叫的外賣也可以送到房間門口，入住體驗很好，五星好評，會推薦給朋友。

非常不錯的體驗，帶小朋友六一活動，體驗了融創樂園，海洋，又感受到宋品的無與倫比的環境及服務，尤其是管家Li sa的熱情服務，真是感到了賓至如歸，總之不的宋品，不錯的管家服務，不錯的環境。非常適合一家人度假⛱️

路過看到門頭氣派非凡，臨時起意入住的，沒想到意外的滿意：房間優雅，客廳層高特別大氣，獨棟別墅上下層的設計，晚上安靜的衹有蛙鳴聲。酒店環湖而建，風景優美寧靜，非常適合休假放空。感謝銷售靜雯熱情接待，大晚上的還不嫌麻煩，服務很周到。且酒店配有專業管家，訊息回覆及時。
