買了攜程的套餐帶娃旅遊 因為看錯了房間配置導致定錯了套餐 後續溝通過程非常通順 特別是管家Yuki 知道我帶娃不僅幫我升級房間 還特地幫我準備孩子的護欄 很晚了還很耐心的為我們解決問題 總之 這次遊玩非常開心順利 這次衹玩了海洋世界 下次還會再來

酒店環境很好，臨時訂的房間，但是到達的時候酒店已經安排好並且升級了，房間很寬敞，第2天早餐時去的時間不湊巧，恰逢用餐高峯期。管家Chloe的服務非常棒，主動詢問需求，合理要求都能被滿足，退房時還給孩子送了個玩偶。酒店離融創挺近的，但是步行的話還是需要好幾分鐘的。

管家Chloe提前聯繫詢問入住需求，非常貼心。前台辦理入住也很迅速熱情，服務周到。管家微信回覆及時，跟小朋友玩的很開心。特別感謝23號下午四點多在泳池工作的救生員小哥，小朋友帶着泳圈頭朝下翻進水裡，是小哥及時救援和幫助，很感謝🙏🏻以後當媽的要注意泳池安全了，希望酒店可以表揚這位小哥哥！總體入住滿意，有的建議已經反饋給管家了！

總體來説體驗感還是可以的。管家Chloe提前一天聯繫，詢問住宿需求，不僅升級了房型，更是提前幫助我們辦理了入住。早餐體驗感稍差，餐廳空間小，用餐人數多，補餐速度比較慢。
