As an old five-star hotel in Wuxi, Degen Hotel is indeed in an excellent location and has very good service. I booked 2 superior suites for 2 nights. Because there is only one suite on each floor, the two suites are located on different floors and have different layouts. The entire facility is a bit old, but it is sufficient. It is located in the Chong'an Temple business district, surrounded by shopping malls such as Hang Lung and Great Eastern. You can go out to find food at 10 o'clock at night. It takes only 2 minutes to walk downstairs to Sanyang Plaza. The transportation is extremely convenient. If you travel by car, guests staying in the hotel can park for free in the Huaguang Building parking lot. There is an affordable beverage cabinet on the first floor, which can be purchased by face recognition... The service is also very good. I bought McDonald's on the first night, but accidentally knocked it over in the elevator waiting area on the first floor. I told the front desk with guilt, and someone handled it immediately. They also told the surrounding guests to be careful. In the middle of the night on the first night, my daughter grabbed the quilt, so I called the room service at 5 am to add a quilt, and they responded quickly. Finally, I lost a piece of jade when I checked out. Jade is not worth much, but because it was given by my parents when I was young, it is of great commemorative value to me. I contacted the hotel the next day and helped find it. I arranged for the courier to send it back as soon as possible. Thank you very much... Having said so many good places, there are of course places that can be improved. First, the door handle of Suite 3423 where I stayed was blocked and needed to be turned with force. Second, compared with most star-rated hotels, the buffet breakfast has room for improvement in terms of the variety and taste of the dishes... Overall, the flaws do not cover the merits. As an old star-rated hotel, Degen Hotel is indeed a good choice for Wuxi tourism accommodation

房間很寬敞，服務周到。離地鐵口非常近。

服務態度非常好，酒店位置也更好，唯一缺陷被子太厚，感覺有點熱，影響睡覺。

在無錫最熱鬧的市中心，心臟地帶，附近什麼都有，前枱人員素質高，服務親切，本來以為有東西忘在房間，退房後酒店服務人員積極幫忙找尋，還好只是我亂放，給他們添麻煩了，真不好意思。

The front desk service is warm and friendly ~ the location is excellent, right in the city center ~ less than 5 minutes walk from the subway entrance, there are food and entertainment nearby! The high-rise view is excellent ~ the room is clean and tidy! I will consider staying next time!
