家附近就有一家pullman，所以總要找機會住住pullman，這次去無錫是第一次入住鉑爾曼酒店，一家四口，2間房，衞生環境服務等都滿意，設施方面略微欠缺了些，可能因為是2012年開業的，有些設施跟不上了，習慣不帶充電器了，結果發現插座沒有usb口，電視機好小，32英寸的吧，又模糊，一些傢俱沙發等，因為時間久了老化了，都破了掉皮了，淋浴間橡膠條也老化嚴重，房卡建議給2張（2人入住的話），否則串門很麻煩，坐電梯都要刷卡的，另外自助早餐的小籠包排隊問題，是應該加以管理，比如一人一次拿6個，我排隊排了將近1個小時，也就拿了6個（1籠12個），不好意思再多拿了，後面很多人排隊，但有些人就是臉皮厚啊，第二天早餐我也放棄小籠了，還有為啥我看到別人的照片裏早餐有蛋糕，我沒吃到蛋糕呀，品種最好再豐富一些，否則住的天數再多幾天的話，很快就吃膩了，總體而言還是滿意的，以後還會入住pullman的！

很不錯的入住體驗，前台Nicole很棒很熱情，服務很周到，房間也可以，附近有萬達廣場，晚上酒店後面還可以散散步，還會再來～
