Nice hotel, clean and well organised inside. Evening buffet was fairy good with a nice selection of food available. Nice gym and swimming pool.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

The hotel rooms are spacious and the hotel facilities are complete. Our whole family is very satisfied with the stay! The lobby manager Wang Zhongxiang is enthusiastic in service, and he will answer any questions and give a fruit plate courtesy when checking in. I will stay again if I have the chance.

The hotel is located in Wuxi Taihu New City, with convenient transportation. The room is spacious. The room was upgraded. The lobby manager Wang Zhongxiang provided warm service and was quite satisfied with the stay.

The room is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, but there are a few charging piles, so charging is not very convenient. You can add more. This location is not considered a suburb now.

They said I could borrow it on the first floor. When I went down to the first floor, the girl at the door actually asked for a deposit of 100. Can I still trick you into giving me an umbrella when I live here? Okay, then I won’t borrow it. You can call and send it to my car! No, let me go there by myself, drive over and return it to me.

The hotel has convenient transportation, spacious rooms, and a large outdoor activity space at the door. The lobby manager Wang Zhongxiang provides warm service and arranges small gifts for check-in. All aspects are managed in a standardized manner. It is suitable for bringing children and is worth recommending.
