雙床房很寬敞，衞生很好，服務到位。設計齊全夠用，房外公共空間很大又有會議廳洽談室，健身房娛樂室等專用空間特別適合會議、團體旅遊居住。早餐很貴又單調，衹好叫**外賣。

辦理入住體驗~一家4口到達酒店大廳問前台有沒有行李服務員幫忙拉行李，結果前台說沒有，服務員已經下班需要自己拉行李，4星酒店竟然沒有安排足夠的工作人員為顧客服務，還告知那邊有車自己拉，這服務態度實在是讓人無語，最後突然間有位女士出來協助我們拉行李，總算是有解決了問題。
房間乾淨，浴室沒有異味，該有的洗漱用品都有，床的舒適感不錯。
洗衣服務這快，還需改進，大人與小孩衣服洗衣價格一樣，國外多數洗小孩衣物都有半價優惠，但這裡沒有。
退房服務~前台小姐姐沒有笑容，沒有熱情，給人感覺是很不友善。
行李員更是糟糕，一副很不高興的樣子，不主動幫忙拉行李，到達大廳後直接把行李擱在一旁不搭理了，我叫了6人專車來接，結果沒有行李員幫忙，需自己把所有行李拉出去，真的是很糟糕的體驗。雖然房間乾淨，酒店漂亮，位置不錯，但不會再入住，因為體驗感不滿意。員工需再好好培訓，酒店服務業最重要的就是員工需讓客人有感覺賓至如歸的感覺，而不是讓顧客感覺冷漠的服務。

住的高級雙床房，酒店富麗堂皇，太好看了！房間寬敞明亮，床品用品乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，早餐有餛飩有麪條品種豐富，吃得很飽，店員服務周到熱情。附近有公交車直達黿頭渚，也可以漫步過去，非常方便！蠡園也很近，兩站路就到了，也可以打車過去，這裏打車也很方便！環湖看到很多騎行的，風景如畫！太美啦！附近很多居民還有很多遊客也會自駕來太湖邊上搭個天幕帳篷，坐着喝喝茶聊聊天享受美好的週末時光！太愜意了！如果下次再來黿頭渚，還會再來這裏住的！
