酒店就在南長街的旁邊，曲徑通幽，從酒店門右轉彎彎曲曲就走到了南長街最著名的清名橋下，走過去的正好遇到夕陽，非常美。房間比較大，也很乾凈，智能語音控制設備。剛入住的時侯，酒店還會送香和茶葉。唯一一點建議，感覺房間的礦泉水不是很好喝，建議可以換一個品牌。

很滿意！下次來無錫玩也會預訂這個酒店的～雖然就離南長街就幾十米，但是很安靜，窗户都是打開的，基本聽不到聲音環境也很好～～房間設施也很新～包括酒店的小哥哥小姐姐也特別有禮貌！其實就是衝著酒店門口的小貓咪來的，但是衹見到了發財一衹小貓咪，以為可以看到很多～

當時糾結住傳統spg ihg 還是選一箇中國文化酒店時看到這家華住旗下（畢竟連鎖有點保障）的酒店。價格超划算，地理位置優！
直到抵達酒店！一整個慈祥的微笑，慶幸選擇了漫心。
距離河邊步行2分鐘，酒店周圍瓦片老房子瞬間帶回了鹽商的時代！

首先，地理位置很不錯，旁邊就是南長街，停車也免費
其次，環境不錯，衞生也不錯，工作人員的服務也不錯，但是從我們進來，前台接待説我們定的房間是酒店最基礎的房型，問我們是否升級，由於我們定了兩間，工作人員説如果不吃早餐，可以99升級5樓的房間，我問：是一個99升級兩間嗎？工作人員回覆是兩個99。然後我們就去看了基礎房間和升級的房間，確實升級的房間很不錯，可是我們不想多出那兩個99升級房型，畢竟原價是450一間，+99，升級後550一間房我們覺得價格不是很適合。於是告訴工作人員我們不用了，就用二樓的房間吧，然後工作人員問我們是否有早餐需要，我們説不用，然後工作人員説可以99升級，但這次是一個99可以升級兩間了。。。所以酒店的服務，環境，地理位置都不錯，唯一不應該我們一進門就告知我定的是基礎房間（意思是最差的房間了？）然後最開始是兩個99升級，看了房間又説1個99可以升級，這個是屬於隱形消費嗎？進房間沒有點所謂的香，但是有給安排茶葉，臨走也有送茶葉小樣。所以，出行還可以，唯獨這個點讓人很不理解。
