3-Star Hotels in Wuxi

We have a great stay. Location is very convenient.Mr. Qian in front desk who assist us been so helpful and friendly to us. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we go back to wuxi.

The service is very good and the location is very good. It is only a few minutes walk to Plaza 66. It is very convenient, but there are not many parking spaces. Breakfast is very rich. It is very close to various attractions, not far.

The hotel has met our expectations. We arrived very late in the evening, but comfortable beds allow us to sleep welll for next day. Although we arrived breakfast but latet he staff still served for us some food and made us happy.

The room facilities are complete and the service staff are of high quality, which is very different from some express business hotels. The room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is a very satisfactory experience. Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and hygienic rooms, very friendly service staff, eager to provide all kinds of help, The price is not too expensive, the accommodation environment is much better than hotels with the same price, and the service attitude is standardized, which is worthy of praise.

The hotel has great potential . It is in a very convenient location! Waking distance to scenery spots and easy to catch the bus and subway. The check in procedure was almost non existent. There was one front desk member who could speak English which was nice. The carpets of the elevator and hall ways are soiled with marks and dirty. I was first given a room with a great view on the 17 floor . But it was terrible it looked empty . The walls were dirty with food stains and the cleaning was very poor there was hair and cut nails in the floor . The shower also had black mold . I was then moved rooms and the second room was much better . There was still hair on the floor the bathroom was cleaner . In my days there my coffee cups were not washed . And the basin was not wiped it cleaned . The cleaning abs cleanliness of the hotel and the room really let this hotel down ! The chair in the bedroom were also with marks and not to clean. Overall the room had not sitting place . And looked a little empty. It also had a sensor light which went on at every movement even movement outside of the room which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel is in a good location. The bed is comfy .

The location of the hotel is good, everything is close by metro or taxi, which is very convenient. The check-in was incredibly slow (over 20min), because the receptionist had been checking the validity of my and my mother's passport and visas and residence permits, which I found incredibly off-putting, considering that this never happened before in any hotel in China (including other Jinjiang Inn hotels I stayed in numerous times). It felt unusual and as if we were suspicious to the two receptionists who were inspecting both of our passports very closely. The room was cute and well decorated. There is room for improvement, however, namely in terms of cleanliness; namely the bathroom was very poorly cleaned, with stains everywhere (as seen in the photo). Breakfast was large, but it lacked good options (for example there is a toast station but no butter or jelly to go with it), the juice was served warm, and the coffee machine was not working. I would stay here again, but I would definitely book a room of a higher class to at least hope for better cleaning of the room.

We were amazed by this hotel and the room. It has voice activated function to control stuffs like the TV, lights and curtains…, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it 😅. They have the biggest tv we’ve ever seen in a hotel room. There’s a tea set on the table with complimentary tea leaves and some plum candies

I lived in Juzi in Chaozhou before, and it was very good. When I came to Wuxi this weekend, I found that there is a family room in this Juzi, but the decoration really looks old. The family room is made of tatami mats, and the big bed is big. The kids said it was a small bed. Sleeping is also very comfortable, yes, it is the room next to the elevator, there is the sound of the elevator all night, it is not recommended for people who have trouble sleeping. It is convenient to travel, there is a subway station next to it, we took a taxi when there were too many people, it is very convenient to go to Huishan Ancient Town within 2 kilometers. Just park in the parking lot of Changfa Plaza by car, it is very big, tell the front desk when you leave, and you can get it for free.

The breakfast is average, the location is very good, it is located in the center, the transportation is convenient, and the parking is convenient. There are business districts and farmers' markets around, and it is very convenient for dining and shopping. Especially when you come here to buy the famous Mashan taro, staying in this hotel is the most convenient.

The front desk staff was very good. They helped us choose the room on the same floor as our friend. The room type was upgraded for free. The room was clean and bright. Although there was an ashtray, there was no peculiar smell (very important! I was hesitant to see a smoking room before I came. For a moment, I don't like the smell of the bedding or the air conditioner). The location of the hotel is also very good, facing the street but the room is not noisy, very close to the subway station, Nanchang Street, the square, take a taxi to Wuxi Station to take the high-speed rail for ten to twenty minutes, there is a pharmacy convenience store downstairs, very nice~
