I informed the front desk assistant that I wanted to cancel my booking on Saturday and she went out of her way to call Trip.Com to assist the with cancellation. She knew their operating times and informed me that she would call at 9:00 am and at exactly 9:30 she sent me a text to give me an update. I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the time I arrived. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The hotel is a stone throw away from the metro and very close the Wuxi railway station.

The service is very good and the location is very good. It is only a few minutes walk to Plaza 66. It is very convenient, but there are not many parking spaces. Breakfast is very rich. It is very close to various attractions, not far.

The hotel has met our expectations. We arrived very late in the evening, but comfortable beds allow us to sleep welll for next day. Although we arrived breakfast but latet he staff still served for us some food and made us happy.

The hotel has great potential . It is in a very convenient location! Waking distance to scenery spots and easy to catch the bus and subway. The check in procedure was almost non existent. There was one front desk member who could speak English which was nice. The carpets of the elevator and hall ways are soiled with marks and dirty. I was first given a room with a great view on the 17 floor . But it was terrible it looked empty . The walls were dirty with food stains and the cleaning was very poor there was hair and cut nails in the floor . The shower also had black mold . I was then moved rooms and the second room was much better . There was still hair on the floor the bathroom was cleaner . In my days there my coffee cups were not washed . And the basin was not wiped it cleaned . The cleaning abs cleanliness of the hotel and the room really let this hotel down ! The chair in the bedroom were also with marks and not to clean. Overall the room had not sitting place . And looked a little empty. It also had a sensor light which went on at every movement even movement outside of the room which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel is in a good location. The bed is comfy .

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the bus station in Wuxi, there is a big yard, convenient and free parking. The lobby seems to be newly renovated, which is more atmospheric. There are 2 integrated washing and drying machines in the lobby, and there are robots for food delivery, which are relatively intelligent. I stayed in the upgraded new product on the third floor. The air conditioner works very well and provides a high level of comfort. I will book their home for business trips in the future. In addition, the front desk service is very heartwarming!

We were amazed by this hotel and the room. It has voice activated function to control stuffs like the TV, lights and curtains…, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it 😅. They have the biggest tv we’ve ever seen in a hotel room. There’s a tea set on the table with complimentary tea leaves and some plum candies

I lived in Juzi in Chaozhou before, and it was very good. When I came to Wuxi this weekend, I found that there is a family room in this Juzi, but the decoration really looks old. The family room is made of tatami mats, and the big bed is big. The kids said it was a small bed. Sleeping is also very comfortable, yes, it is the room next to the elevator, there is the sound of the elevator all night, it is not recommended for people who have trouble sleeping. It is convenient to travel, there is a subway station next to it, we took a taxi when there were too many people, it is very convenient to go to Huishan Ancient Town within 2 kilometers. Just park in the parking lot of Changfa Plaza by car, it is very big, tell the front desk when you leave, and you can get it for free.
