The location is great, if… If you want to go the bamboo rafting, as it’s literally right next door to the hotel. Otherwise I am not sure about the location. I noticed that there is a town right at the South Entrance of Wuyishan NP, with all sort of amenities. In this area it’s hard to find acceptable places to eat and to shop. The hotel itself is nice. The room is huge that is split on two levels. Really a tidy, and comfortable place to sleep

Taking advantage of the off-peak travel season before National Day, the hotel is located right next to the Jiuqu Bamboo Raft Pier, a 3-minute walk away. The hotel environment is great, and breakfast is included. After the bamboo raft ride on the first day, I walked around Song Street, and the next morning I got up early to watch the sunrise from Baiyun Temple. 🌅 It was very convenient, as the hotel is only about 3 kilometers from Baiyun Temple. It's also very convenient to take the scenic shuttle bus to other attractions, just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. Since we were pressed for time, we had lunch at the hotel, but the hotel only had noodles and rice noodles, so the overall value was quite good.👍

1) I really need to complain! No free cancellation, please read carefully! There's a 30-minute free cancellation period, but it's not free, and there will absolutely be no refund of the price difference! I booked two rooms, then changed them to a family room so my family could stay together, but the merchant refused to refund the price difference and refused free cancellation (even though there were still at least ten days until our trip).
2) This place is only close to the bamboo raft pier; it's far from the south gate of the scenic area and major commercial areas like Sangu Street. I don't recommend it.
3) The rooms are old. The stairs in the family room are very high, which is not child-friendly; the shower head is broken and leaking; there was hair clogging the drain on the second floor; the kettle lid is also broken.

I really liked it. The owner contacted me about my accommodation early, gave me directions, and helped me with my luggage. The environment was very clean, the food was delicious, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were very welcoming, and the tea was excellent. The only downside was that there weren't many restaurants nearby.

Right next to the ticket office at the bamboo raft dock, the first stop in Wuyishan is the bamboo rafting tour. I bought a bamboo rafting ticket plus a three-day scenic area bus ticket. The hygiene wasn't great; I felt itchy after sleeping there. The room had wooden floors that weren't very clean. The location was inconvenient, being close to the bamboo raft pier but far from everything else. The soundproofing was also poor; I could hear people opening doors and showering late at night.

A sightseeing coach stop at the back entrance of the hotel can take you to every main attractions in Wuyishan and you can always take the coach back to the hotel.
