初夏入住，還不錯，酒店距離景區南很近，我們入住的是湖畔房，景觀和設施各方面都挺好的，電吹風是戴森的，房間面積很大，有陽台。大堂經理書藝服務熱情周到，全程保障服務，另外早餐也挺豐富。很好

環境舒適，就是親子活動不怎麼豐富，還有大堂前台人員不是很熱情，一臉嚴肅，後來還去了廈門海悦山莊酒店，都是一家老闆，服務態度就比這好一些，還有酒店的紅眼睛魚不好吃，感覺不是現殺活魚做的，和外面飯店吃的比起來差太多，真是沒想到

這酒店非常養人！空氣、位置都非常好！沒事觀湖來一杯大紅袍，相當愜意。游泳池、健身房配套很齊全，早餐各種各樣的茶葉蛋，還有每天不一樣的滋補甜湯，吃飽了去園區吸吸氧，特別好。前台辦理入住、退房、寄存行李都很快，大堂氛圍也温馨。對接的大堂經理書藝服務超熱情，所有事情安排妥當，很詳細介紹活動，攻略，推薦餐食之類的，這幾天基本都在酒店吃的，味道是挺不錯的。另外客房衞生乾淨整潔，淋浴水壓和木地板舒適，房間的景觀可以觀賞入夜儀式，有浴缸，另外每天都有配備水果，迷你吧酒水也豐富。大紅袍元素融入酒店各個角落，大堂和走廊的焙茶機，大紅袍奶茶和茶凍，大紅袍茶湯泡浴，酒店還有besv自行車租借，非遺體驗活動也多，宋代點茶和漢服很有趣。酒店前廳辦理入住迅速專業，上午還可以坐小車遊覽，性價比高～物超所值，推薦入住。

整體體驗下來感覺很好，非常適合帶父母過來玩。
酒店綠化很多，空氣清新，非常幽靜。交通很便利，有提供前往景區和印象劇場的直通車，每天三班，自己叫滴滴也可以，距離都不遠。
酒店前廳服務員辦理入住和退房都很迅速。大堂經理書藝和Joan 服務周到，在線回覆超及時，服務也很貼心，有求必應，媽媽都説感覺很周到。
客房乾淨衞生，淋浴的水很大。早餐品種豐富，特別是結合了很多特色武夷小吃，有各種味道的茶葉蛋，還有各種滋補甜湯，每天都吃的飽飽。
酒店還有很多非遺體驗，宋代點茶和入夜儀式，品茗活動都很有趣，性價比還是很高的，媽媽住的非常滿意👍有機會再來體驗。

這裏大環境依山傍水，位置是在國家森林公園範圍，地理位置優越，配套齊全，大堂經理書藝對接服務，熱情周到，需求響應及時，對旅遊出行都提供了意見建議，服務貼心帶來便利。大堂有飲水和寫字枱，每天有新鮮的大紅袍茶飲。大堂茶香濃郁，前台彬彬有禮，辦理入住退房很快，配套設施齊全，連房間裏看出去的風景都很秀麗雲霧繚繞，客房衞生乾淨，佈置温馨，每天有新鮮的水果，淋浴房水壓好，浴缸舒適，維護保養的也挺好。早餐豐富品種多樣又有當地的特色美食，中餐廳環境大方典雅，品種豐富、菜品味道好，物超所值。菜品新鮮，非遺體驗活動豐富，宋代點茶和besv 自行車騎行體驗都很贊、推薦！性價比高，價格優惠，價格合理，值得住。

酒店不錯，本來想升湖景房，但因五一較多客人，湖景已滿，但套餐內含的房間也很不錯，面積大，有陽台，酒店配有超大的室內恆温泳池和湖景健身房，大堂經理joan服務很好，隨時在線應答，其他遇到的服務員都非常的熱情，和藹可親，交通也十分便利，另外酒店前廳服務員辦理入住、退房都很快，客房舒適，餐廳的餐食性價比高。有機會還會再來。
