莊園是位於別墅區內的一獨棟別墅，房間乾淨，設施好，管理人員很熱情，早餐不錯。小樓緊鄰溪流，花園很別緻，跨過溪上的小橋就是一座屬於莊園的竹林小山包，可以散散步，溪邊還有漁具可釣魚，院子裏種了不少果樹，可惜不是成熟季節。店裡有好幾個喝茶空間，可以免費品嚐店家的產品（莊園屬於一家同名茶企）。我們一行人都十分滿意，再景區遊玩兩天後還再多閑住了一天，喝喝茶，發發呆，小區裏逛一逛。如果不喜歡鬧市的喧囂這是一處很好的幽靜之地，打車很方便到景區南入口十多塊錢就到了，到北入口十元都不用，小區裏有飯館，環境、味道都不錯，連吃三天，跟老闆娘都熟了。總之，對此店很滿意，如果二刷武夷山還會選擇住這裏，也會給朋友推薦的。

由於提前一天入住，之前訂的房間沒有空房，酒店免費升級了房間。民宿坐落在三姑度假區內武夷水莊（別墅區），周邊環境優美，民宿房間乾淨衞生，服務周到，到景區交通便利，入住體驗感很好。

房間：乾淨衞生，格力空調製冷效果好。
早餐：稀飯，豆漿，雞蛋，小菜等，如在家吃早餐感覺。
