朋友介紹這家酒店算是在武夷山當地最好的酒店…於是就滿心期待的訂了這家酒店…誰知道真的是失望滿滿…大家看我攜程等級是黑鑽就知道本人住過多少酒店了…這家酒店是我住過最差的沒有之一…先説説酒店房間設施吧？房間裏的陽台移門一點不隔音…晚上睡覺外面鳥叫聲都聽的清清楚楚…根本無法入睡…房間房門也是隔音隔音效果太差太差…外面走廊人説話咳嗽在房間裏都聽的特別清楚…房間裏的床品也是無敵了…枕頭軟的根本無法入睡的…再説説酒店服務員對客人的態度吧？當天下午到的時候讓前台給我們升級房間…前台兩位工作人員敷衍我們給我們衹是一樓升級到三樓…請問這是什麼升級？你們就是這樣欺騙消費者的嗎？關於升級房間我不是平白無故的有這個要求的…第一：我還沒有出發武夷山你們酒店工作人員給我打電話…當時在電話裏我有這個要求管家當時説可以…第二：我們是5.6號到的正好是五一假期上班第一天酒店空房特別多… 總之這家酒店再也不會去…大家訂的時候還是看看小心不要再跟我們一樣踩雷了

十幾年來遭遇最糟糕的一次入住體驗，特地錯峯出遊，5月6號晚上18:30左右到達酒店，當時前台一男一女工作人員幫我辦理的入住，我很禮貌的詢問攜程黑鑽是否可以升級房型，當時説可以。後來我進房間才發現，不僅沒有升級，而且還給了我最差的房間，看出去景色差不説，晚上的蛙叫聲吵到無法入睡，我跟前台打電話溝通無果，值班經理直接説你想換房間就加錢，我簡直感覺這就是故意的，後來讓攜程也打電話和酒店溝通，這位十分**的值班經理態度強硬，就是要錢，態度惡劣，一副較勁兒的模樣…這種服務真的是第一次見，酒店這麼多空的房間，給客人一個更舒適的入住體驗有那麼難嗎？還要這樣故意噁心人！房間枕頭也特別差，一個太薄，兩個太厚，半夜想要蕎麥枕打電話客服沒人，前台説客房都下班了，衹有前台去找找看，不知道有沒有….再次無語，這簡直就不是一家正常五星級酒店會出現的問題！簡直太糟糕，酒店前台就是服務客人的第一窗口，有這樣的前台值班經理，就是在把客人往外趕，馬上英迪格開業了，再也不會住這種服務品質的酒店了！！！

入住體驗很棒，所有的需求酒店都第一時間解決。因為在景區怕12點退房來不及，管家小何跟小黃也及時幫我們跟酒店申請了一點點延遲退房的時間。酒店裡所有的工作人員服務態度都很棒很棒，沒有任何的不耐煩。酒店環境也特別好，不用去景區都能在酒店轉兩天的感覺。
