The general manager gave us a very warm welcome in excellent English and upgraded our room size to have a more comfortable stay. The restaurant manager, Wang Fang, was also exceptionally welcoming. She helped us with getting everything that we needed and took great care of us during our meals. The cook prepared excellent fresh noodles and suggested what ingredients we should try. The people that are working in this hotel were the highlight of our stay. Thank you for the great experience.

Staying at Hotel Fliport was a delightful experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Xiao Zhang at the front desk. However, it's worth noting that the hotel's interior might benefit from some refurbishment. Certain aspects of the furnishings appeared a bit worn and outdated.

Honestly a female receptionist was neither friendly nor kind at all. Hotel facilities are so old that it was not easy to open the door. They had no breakfast service and told me to get delivery food by my own, even when I asked about how to get to sightseeing spots, she just said, “book a taxi.” I’m a foreigner who is not fluent in Chinese, but she was not kind enough to deal with foreigners. She could have helped me in some points.

挺不錯的酒店，不喜歡那種衹有樓的，特地挑了這家。有一個挺大的花園，白天可以在亭子裏泡茶，晚上還可以散散步。晚上也挺安靜，服務及時態度好，衞生也還行。
