這是一家毫無温度毫無誠信可言的酒店！以次充好，虛假宣傳！我訂單是豪華標間，不知道為啥入住給我降級為商務標間，房間設施老舊，開門一股黴味，屋頂滲水黑乎乎一大片！地毯臟兮兮，衞生間異味溢出，讓人不自覺屏住呼吸。。。拿起電話撥打前台，居然沒聲音，電話壞的！也沒網絡，搞笑吧？衹好下樓諮詢，這是你家豪華標間嗎？前台丫頭一副愛理不搭冷漠着一張臉回答是！我説沒搞錯吧？交涉了一番，給我換到隔壁房間，開門一看跟原來房間一樣樣的，衹是屋頂沒地圖了！好吧，也累了，懶得再下樓費口舌…，結果空調不制熱，轟鳴聲大，又冷又困，嚴重影響睡眠！第二天一早下樓吃早餐，在電梯口看見有幾個房間門開着，有服務員打掃衞生，就過去看了看，不看不知道，一看嚇一跳，原來這才是豪華標間呀，別問我為什麼那麼確定，因為訂單有宣傳圖片呀，不動聲色問服務員，她説是豪華標間！！！馬上攜程投訴，一直出行都喜歡在攜程下單，旅途路上，總有不期而遇的温暖，經常遇上酒店升級房型，這次婺源之行居然是無故降級。。。表揚攜程客服耐心細緻温暖的服務，謝謝

房間衞生一般，窗户上有蜘蛛網。整體衞生一般。有待加強，但價格比較實惠。可以推薦。酒店早餐種類有限。

每次經過婺源都會入住，最初2019年前入住時早餐非常豐富也好吃！後來的早餐都太簡單也沒什麼吃頭，酒店環境和服務還是不錯的。
