"During the peak summer season, the hotel was quite busy, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We had to wait for our room at check-in. The room itself had a bathtub and was pretty spacious. However, since the hotel is built into a hillside, staying in building #5 required multiple elevator transfers. The biggest issue in the room was that the shower water consistently flowed onto the bathroom floor, leaving our shoes soaking wet all evening, which was also quite a safety hazard."

"Key point: If you're visiting Wuyuan and don't want a rushed, 'special forces' style trip, dedicate a full day to Nantang. I rarely write such lengthy reviews, but this place deserves it. Our group of 3 adults and 2 children stayed here, and a lovely young lady accompanied us during our activities in the park. We picked a basket of vegetables, rode horses, and even harvested lotus pods from the pond – the kids had an absolute blast! Along the way, we encountered insects and wild berries, and when the children got curious, the lady was incredibly patient. She even picked a couple of wild berries for them. Upon returning, they sent five cups of freshly squeezed juice to our room. For dinner, we ordered a few meat dishes, and the restaurant even cooked all the vegetables the kids had picked that afternoon for us, free of charge. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations. The service was so outstanding, it was incredibly touching. For city-dwelling children, every experience here was completely novel. We had a truly unforgettable day. If you're coming to Wuyuan, you absolutely must set aside a full day for this hotel."

"Wuyuan Huangling truly lives up to its reputation as the best tourist village. This stay at Yishanju, located high up in the village, was the perfect way to experience it. From the window, you're greeted with stunning views of the scattered village houses and terraced fields, which is incredibly refreshing. The room itself is rustic, yet the interior furnishings and facilities are excellent. Staying on the mountain allowed me to experience the daytime hustle and bustle, as well as the tranquility of the evenings and mornings. Moreover, the hotel butler's service was very attentive. Thanks to the hotel for a delightful trip!"

The overall style and environment were also beautiful, I, as someone from the North, particularly enjoyed it. Plus, there's a pool in the backyard and a lovely small courtyard. The parking lot even has EV charging stations. Breakfast was delicious, and the lady who cooked the noodles was very kind. The service overall was excellent. I really enjoyed Wuyuan and this hotel."

"Located near the road, it's very convenient for transportation and finding restaurants. When I went, a large tour group happened to be there, and the double room they booked was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a suite for free. It had a sofa and a large table, and the cleanliness was good. However, the soundproofing of the windows and doors wasn't good; I could hear the children playing downstairs in the neighboring community very clearly."

"The homestay is very close to Wuyuan High-speed Railway Station. It only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi from the homestay to Wunuzhou Scenic Area. There is a shuttle bus to Huangling near the high-speed railway station, which is also very convenient. The owner of the homestay is a photographer and has been engaged in the tourism industry for more than 20 years, so the design of the entire homestay is very artistic, and it feels like home as soon as you enter the door. The toiletries are very new and the bedding is very comfortable. The proprietress is very simple. When we came back from Wunuzhou in the evening, she warmly invited us to grill around the stove and eat. The store has a route map for travel and will also provide suggestions for your next trip. The breakfast is made by the proprietress herself, and she can get up and make it at any time. It is also a breakfast that is closer to the appetite of us northerners. It is delicious and tastes good."

The two rooms offered great privacy, and the three large, comfortable beds could easily sleep six people, so we never felt cramped. We also had a balcony, and opening the door let in a wonderful breeze. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the high-speed train station, which made waiting for our train incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a great experience – very upscale and a lavish decor, definitely a super four-star hotel!"
