My husband and I spent four days at Wuyuan on the Bound for a summer getaway. It is a beautiful hotel, and a perfect place to enjoy some blissful quiet. The room was very comfortable, and overall experience was amazing. The staff are all lovely, and the manager arranged our meals every day to give us a taste of local specialities, and my goodness, the food was all incredible. I highly recommend this hotel, it is truly an idyllic place!

Parking: Convenient, they have their own parking lot. Location: At the foot of Huangling Mountain, a five-minute drive from the visitor center. Before check-in, customer service called to reconfirm our arrival time, and there was a dedicated chat group for communication. The service was very thoughtful. Environment: Secluded and peaceful, with ginkgo trees and various green plants everywhere, very picturesque. It was the plum rain season, and our original room type was on the first floor. Fearing it might be damp for us, they specially upgraded our room type. It even had a balcony with a view, and all facilities were complete, with smart home features throughout. The proprietress was incredibly warm and hospitable. Before we left, she gave us beautiful ginkgo tree bookmarks 🍃. A super pleasant surprise ~~ 💗 Such a thoughtful place!

Full score! Wuyuan super healing treasure homestay! The most pleasant surprise of this trip to Wuyuan was to choose this homestay. The stay experience was directly full, and the whole process was comfortable and healing. Must focus on praise the butler, the service is particularly intimate and thoughtful. When checking in, take the initiative to help carry luggage and relieve the fatigue of the journey. I also carefully introduce the surrounding situation, sincerely recommend the authentic restaurants that locals often go to, avoid the net red stepping on the thunder store, and take the food guide directly, which is very practical. The overall environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, clean and refreshing. The room is open and well equipped. My favorite is two large balconies with a wide view. Sitting in your leisure time, enjoying the scenery of Wuyuan Mountains and Wild Mountains, it is comfortable and relaxing. The sanitation is meticulously cleaned and the living comfort is very high. The overall price is super high, the service is warm, the environment is beautiful, and the details are full. I highly recommend this homestay for a trip to Wuyuan, and I will choose to stay again next time!

During our Wuyuan trip, we stumbled upon a true hidden gem of a guesthouse! Tucked away in the mountains, far from the hustle and bustle, it's not overly commercialized, and crucially, peaceful and uncrowded. We tried the Steamed Fish with Perilla and Yang Yu Ba Ba (potato cake), and they were absolutely delicious! 😋 ✔️ At 'Zi Zai Shan Ye' (Free in the Wild) Coffee & Bar, you can grab a coffee or unwind with a cocktail. The entire manor was built on the original site of Houtang Academy in the Ming Dynasty. The overall restoration and restoration of the old Ming and Qing Dynasty houses has been carried out to restore the original exquisite carvings of the building, which is full of ancient charm. In addition to the century-old house, it has a great accommodation experience, free pick-up and drop-off, and warm butler service; the manor itself includes a tea mountain, bayberry garden, and equestrian club, where you can participate in the experience for free. The restaurant open to the public at the B&B is called Houtang Teahouse Shanfang. The lobby is also very beautiful. It sells Wuyuan specialties and most of the ingredients are produced by the manor itself. Even if you don’t stay in the hotel, it’s still a good place to dine here. You can eat Wuyuan’s special red carp and ancient-style paste tofu.

Facilities: The hotel is very new and well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions. Environment: It's located in a new district, with restaurants across the street. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you'll need a car to get around. Service: The front desk staff provided good service. The room was quite spacious.

I opted for one of their newly opened rooms for this stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly right until dawn. What I particularly loved was the Huipai architectural style, with its classic white walls, dark tiled roofs, and charmingly arranged courtyards. The subtle aroma of tea permeated the air, instantly putting me at ease.

The hotel room was quite spacious and even had a balcony, and being a standalone building, it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very welcoming. I had a great experience, and the firework displays were beautiful. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, making me feel right at home. The staff, especially those at the Western and Chinese breakfast stations, were warm, friendly, and professional. I was extremely satisfied with everything, from the front desk reception to the room service. It truly made my trip very comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel environment is elegant, with pleasant views from the window. The location is excellent, right by Wunvzhou, just a short walk away. This hotel is considered one of the larger ones in the county. Facilities: The hotel is quite large, with a gym (though only a few pieces of equipment), laundry room, swimming pool, and restaurant. There's ample underground parking, which is very convenient if you're driving. The room isn't small and is well-equipped with a bathtub and refrigerator. However, for towels, there were only small hand towels and large bath towels, no hair towels. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. Hygiene: The hygiene was pretty good. Breakfast: The breakfast tasted alright, and the variety was quite comprehensive. Service: The service staff were very enthusiastic. The only issue was that for both days of our stay, around 9 AM, the cleaning lady would knock to ask if we needed cleaning. If we didn't open the door after a few knocks, she would just swipe her card and enter. On the second day, even with the 'do not disturb' sign on, she still knocked.

This is our third week travelling through China. Our stay at Wuli Shanshui Wenquan Dujia Jiudian. Mentioning the full name of this hotel pretty much gives you a full description of what you will likely experience. A lot of good value for money! The hotel is situated at the bank of a river and behind the river you will see beautiful forested hills. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon you will hear the birds singing. Your stay in this hotel comes with free entrance tickets to the hotpools, each with its own theme. You have the Danggui, the Red Wine, the Green Oasis, the Milk and Red Vinegar pools. We spent about 10 minutes in each of them. Relax, take time to have the body adjust to the temperature. I sat on the side with only my legs and hands under water. Later I let my body slide into the water fully. That night I slept like a baby and this morning I had a smooth soft skin, like a baby 😁 The rooms are fully equipped with all necessities and the reception was very helpful. We got a fruit basket as a welcoming gift. Unfortunately there was no restaurant service but the reception helped us to order in lunch and dinner from a nearby restaurant. All we had to do was to pick from the menu and send the order to the reception via Wechat. For a modest fee our lunch, dinner and cold beers were delivered to our room 👍 The breakfast buffet offered great variety with fresh Ginseng fruit and mini tomatoes. We liked it here so much that we booked a second night. There is so much to explore in the neighbourhood with the beautiful old villages of Likeng and Wangkou nearby. Thank you! 🙏
