Staying at this guesthouse in Wuyuan town is the perfect choice! Stepping inside feels like coming home – there's an elevator, so seniors and children don't have to climb stairs, and carrying luggage is easy. The courtyard is incredibly cozy; you can gather around the fire to brew tea, grill some food, and chat – it's so comfortable you won't want to move. The views from the windows are beautiful. Staying here is also convenient for exploring the town; you can relax and enjoy the scenery at your own pace, much more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

The room is very simple style. If you want to experience the nostalgic style of the 80s, you will not be wrong to come to this house. The store is a retired teacher. The two elders are very enthusiastic, kind and kind, very talkative, very detailed hand-painted and explained the hiking route. Next time I go to Wuyuan, I will definitely stay at Mr. Wang's house again.

They were all recommended by him after he personally experienced them. What's even more amazing is that the boss himself made a very detailed map of Tsinghua Town and Wuyuan. And the B&B is right by the river. The scenery is great, parking is very convenient, and the town has everything, including exquisite shops. The B&B room is also very clean and tidy, and there is a smart TV that can project the screen. It can be seen that the boss loves Wuyuan very much and is very attentive to the B&B. He will stay here again next time he comes.

Considering the relatively remote and mountainous location of Huangling Village, this hotel is in an excellent location for entering the Huangling Scenic Area. Just 5-10 min walk up the stairs to the entrance to the Scenic Area. Very basic but clean, spacious room and comfortable. We stayed there for one night to access the Scenic area. We are happy with our choice. The host lady was a dynamo and super efficient and super responsive on WeChat. Our hire chauffeured van arrived at the village entrance where it couldn't go any further, the host came down in a small three wheeler to take the luggagges to the hotel and we followed it on foot. Just only a short 5 min walk to the hotel. After exploring the scenic area and the ancient village on the mountain, she came up in the three wheeler again to take us back to the hotel late at night. Don't expect much for breakfast . Don't expect big city hotel's standards. Experiencing the Scenic Area and the ancient village was exceptional. We were very happy with our choice of stay.

I highly recommend Xianlai Wushi Smart Homestay with its audio-visual and starry sky setting! It's located near Wuyuan Station, just a few minutes' taxi ride from the station exit, which is incredibly convenient for travelers rushing to catch their trains. I initially thought a homestay with smart audio-visual equipment and a starry sky terrace would be expensive, but I was surprised by how great the value was. The room was clean and bright, the smart devices were easy to use, the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed, and the toiletries were all brand-name products. Even better, the owner provided a free travel guide to Wuyuan, recommending off-the-beaten-path attractions that completely avoid the crowds. For the price of a regular homestay, I enjoyed a luxurious experience – the value is off the charts! A five-star review is a must!

To be honest, my stay at Xuri Mountain Villa exceeded my expectations, mainly due to a few points: 1. **Service**: The guesthouse offers excellent service. They guided me to parking, helped with luggage, and provided directions for sightseeing routes. 2. **Dining**: This guesthouse genuinely puts effort into its food. They try their best to adjust the taste of dishes to guests' preferences, and the portions are generous. Although breakfast is simple, it looks clean and appetizing. 3. **Overall Hygiene**: The entire place, including the room, stairwell, and the restaurant on the first floor, was spotlessly clean. The hot water in the room was also very good. 4. **Location**: It's situated at a higher point in the village, making it relatively convenient to reach Observation Deck No. 1 and the Golden Rooster Announcing Dawn Observation Deck. Overall, staying here truly feels like home! If I get a chance to visit the Jiangling Scenic Area again, this would definitely be my top choice.

Hello. We are a couple from Holland and are spending our third week of our vacation in China in Huangling cun. We planned to only spend one night in Huangling but we were enjoying ourselves here so much that we extended our stay with an extra night. The B&B is located at the top of the mountain and our room at the B&B was also on the topfloor. The hallways on each floor and the room itself are tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The room is fully equipped. All is looking tidy and sparkling clean. The door next gives access to a roof terrace with laundry facilities and wiring for hanging clothes to dry. The boss (Mme Zhan) gave us a warm welcome and came down the mountain to pick us up where the taxi driver could not go any further up. Although we booked the Tatami room she suggested us to move into the room next door. That one comes with a balcony. We gladly accepted her advice. After having refreshed ourselves in the room she showed us the footpath up the mountain that leads to the entrance. She told us to contact her via Wechat at the end of the evening so that she could bring us back to the hotel again. The next morning she brought us down the mountain so that we could have breakfast near the bus station. from there we could easily take the bus to another beautiful old village in the neighbourhood, Likeng. The boss dropped us off and wished us a good day. We did not know that while we were eating the went back up to the B&B and came down again to bring us an umbrella to provide shelter from rain or sunshine. We did not request this. We very much appreciated this kind and polite gesture. We had a great time in Huangling village on our first day. Our second day was in Likeng village. The atmosphere in Likeng was very relaxing. It felt really authentic and the people here are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you boss and thank you all fine people in Huangling village and Likeng village. We had the time of our lives in your beautiful villages 😍

The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, with a great view from the window. There's free parking, but spaces are limited. The owner was very helpful and assisted with our luggage. We ate both breakfast and dinner at the guesthouse. The owner's cooking was very clean and hygienic. Before coming, I read on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) that many people experienced vomiting and diarrhea after eating in tourist areas, so I was hesitant to eat out. However, the guesthouse has its own kitchen, so I felt safe eating there. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. They even gave us a packet of tea they grew themselves before we left. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again if I have the chance!

firstly about the owner, he’s helpful and knowledgeable and can solve all your problems. he picked me up around 10-11pm in his tricycle decked out in a raincoat and headlight in the rain and even cooked a warm bowl of noodles for me late at night because i was feeling hungry. he also helped me order a ride share to my next stop because it would be cheaper than booking a didi. the owner doesn’t speak english but i think he will gladly accept any foreigners. next is about my room, right outside my window is a little water stream where you can hear water rushing (very soothing if you’re not in the middle of a thunderstorm or flood), the windows are soundproof if you don’t like hearing the rushing water. since it is the countryside, there are a couple of bugs so beware and don’t leave the window open, bring mosquito repellent just in case. the bathroom is a squat toilet so not very suitable for foreigners. the location of the home stay is close to the ticket entrance but you do have to climb quite a few flight of stairs.

There is a bus stop at the door, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and it is very close to various attractions, especially very close to the girl, which makes our play itinerary a lot easier. In terms of facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making people rest at ease. Parking is also very convenient, very friendly to self-driving tourists.
