Guest UserFacilities: Comprehensive. Given its central location in the old city, the room amenities and equipment are all very complete and well-maintained. Highly recommended! I'll definitely come back next time 🤗

Guest UserMy brother had stayed at an atour in beijing before, that's why we decided on this chain. Unfortunately rooms don't look as displayed online - our first room was quite small, hence expensive for given price, we changed it as the room was quite loud facing the main street and realised there was some renovations going on in the building which we weren't informed about when given the room keys. Service was perfect, receptions and workers were attentive and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We got a new room which was bigger and had a better cut, unfortunately the drainage smelled like pee and even pouring shampoo in and cleaning it with hot water didn't help. We didn't report it to the reception as we were too lazy and exhausted to change again or make a fuss. The amenities also look a bit on the lower end and don't fit to atour's reputation of being a premium brand. Though it offers nice breakfast and the location is just a 10mins walk away from hefang street and 10-15mins to west lake. Street itself where atour is located at offers a variety to eat and shop. Beside of the drainage and amenities, our experience was a bit dulled, given the price

✨xiaobaobei✨This is a decent business hotel, and its best feature is being within walking distance of the International Trade City. The bathroom amenities were a nice touch, especially seeing the manufacturing dates, which I think is a first for me. The front desk staff downstairs were very enthusiastic. Overall, we picked the right hotel, and my best friend said she'd stay here again next time!
The only minor drawback is that the shower isn't sealed properly, and with the water pressure being a bit strong, the bath mat got all wet. I'd suggest the hotel improves this.

Guest UserThe hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and our overall stay was very pleasant. The bathroom was spotless with a separate wet and dry area. The hotel facilities were also great. We came to Hangzhou as a family to visit West Lake, which is very close to the hotel. The hotel was also very thoughtful, giving us a small bracelet from Lingyin Temple as a souvenir. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to my friends.

Guest UserComing to Hangzhou to see the West Lake night view, choosing this hotel was such a stroke of luck! The hotel is right next to West Lake, making it super convenient to walk around the scenic area, and transportation is excellent. The biggest surprise was the outdoor terrace on the fifth floor; as night falls, the West Lake lights are all visible, the evening breeze is pleasant, and the view is absolutely impeccable. The hotel staff are kind and gentle, especially the front desk team – their service was attentive and thoughtful. They even upgraded our room! It was a very comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the West Lake night view.

AustinZ100312A Truly Refreshing Stay at Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou)
My recent stay at the Vienna International Hotel in Fuyang Changkou was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations for comfort, service, and value, and this hotel exceeded them all.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and distinctively European lobby. The check-in process was swift and seamless, handled by the incredibly polite and professional front desk staff. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area.
My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water.
While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible.
What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive.
In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

Same as feedback from other guests, this hotel (technically not a hotel but condo units converted into hotel rooms) has the best location. It is located along Yingtai walking street, and just 100m away from west lake as well as the jetty. It is also very near to subway. Location wise is a full score. But it is very difficult to locate the hotel since Jinbailan only operates L5 and L9 of that condo as their hotel rooms. So, you will not find big signage ”金柏澜” on building exterior. Please see my attached pictures for the building exterior and the doorway to get to the lifts and go to L9 to find their reg counter. Since it is not a full fledge hotel, the room's facilities is really nothing to shout about. You will feel like going back home. That said, because of its superb location, unless I can find better alternative with better value-for-money, I will stay here again on my next return trip.

My family and I were really impressed with how clean this hotel was. The room temperature and shower water pressure were perfect. They also offer a free airport shuttle, which was a huge plus. The service was excellent, and breakfast was decent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xiaoshan.

Iso723The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing detailed information on everything from hotel activities to nearby transportation and dining options – they really thought of everything guests might need. We stayed for two days, and the breakfasts were different each morning, well-balanced nutritionally, and delicious! The afternoon tea cakes at the hotel were also good, and they delivered fresh, pre-washed fruit wrapped in cling film to our room daily, showing great attention to hygiene. There were even desserts in the evening – truly exceptional service! The hotel's decor is very tasteful, and the bath products smelled lovely. Our room also had a sweet osmanthus-scented essential oil diffuser. Right outside the hotel, there's a hiking trail that leads to the 'Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies' in less than an hour – the surroundings are beautiful. I also spontaneously decided to try calligraphy at the hotel, and the staff member immediately helped me get everything set up. I'm dedicating the merit from this experience to 'Mi Qiu Ye' and wish them prosperity in their business!
