The Huazhu Wuyuan Yueyuan Wufei B&B is amazing! 👍 The renovation of the old house was meticulously done. A professional designer designed the courtyard, preserving its ancient charm while maintaining elegance and comfort. The rooms are cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. The meals are authentic Wuyuan cuisine, and the proprietress's cooking is exceptional, making the specialties incredibly delicious. Breakfast and lunch offer a complete selection of Wuyuan specialties (pocket carp, steamed pork with rice flour, steamed fish with rice flour, Qingming fruit, etc.). The dishes are made with all-natural ingredients, including cucumber, cowpea, green pepper, and river chicken. The whole family devours every meal! You can also cycle along the rippling river, amidst the gently swaying blossoms. In the courtyard, you can play pot-to-pot together, creating a truly immersive experience. The attentive service makes it feel like home! 🥰 The proprietress and her family run the B&B as if it were their own home. Every corner of the old house holds history, every visitor has a story, and every dish the proprietress prepares is filled with warmth. It is better to come here by yourself after seeing and hearing it. Feel the inheritance of this history and the love for life.

When I arrived, my room wasn't ready yet, so I went to pick up a package and grab some food. There's a village restaurant next door with affordable prices. As a Cantonese person, I don't eat spicy food, and the non-spicy option was a bit salty, haha. The landlady helped carry my luggage to the room, and since there weren't many guests, she even let me switch to a bigger room. If you're going to Huangling, you can ask the landlady to help arrange a car; the price is reasonable and acceptable, very convenient. Getting to Wunvzhou is super easy, just cross a parking lot. The only minor issue might be that the toilet/shower area doesn't have a door, so water splashes out and it can get a bit slippery. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Plus, there's a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service at the high-speed rail station, which is incredibly convenient. I even wonder if they're making any money, hahahaha.

The courtyard was very comfortable. There were many rooms available at check-in, but the owner let us choose. We ended up choosing Ting Mu Chan (Listening to the Cicadas at Dusk). There's a cozy terrace on the second floor. We got hungry late at night and went out to find food, and the owner left a light on for us. The air conditioning heating was just so-so, maybe because the room was quite empty. Overall, it was a good place. It's also close to Xiangao Ancient Town.

This may be my favorurite hotel of all my travels so far. It’s set in an authentic Qing Dynasty building in a beautiful, quiet village. In the evening, the hostess picked us up at the village gate with a lantern, and when we arrived there was tea and a fireplace waiting in the lobby. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the hotel is full of cozy sitting areas, tea tables, and small corners to relax, you really feel immersed in old China. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, as were their house-distilled rice wines. The next morning, the hostess gave us a guided walk through the village and then arranged a driver who turned out to be more of a guide. He took us to several villages and stunning viewpoints for the rest of the day and again the following morning. January is a wonderful time to visit if you come well before Chinese New Year: the area is very quiet, and you get a real sense of everyday local life. It is cold, so dress warmly. The rooms have heaters and heated blankets, but the other areas of the hotel—and in the villages themselves—are unheated. We will definitely come back.

The guesthouse is located near the cable car, just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The owner is very kind and can even provide pick-up and drop-off services! The guesthouse has its own parking lot, which is also very convenient. The bedding was clean, soft, and smelled of sunshine, making it very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area and was completely odor-free; the attention to detail was excellent. The owner was very responsive, providing everything from check-in instructions to recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. They were incredibly helpful, even bringing us sunflower seeds, oranges, and drinks. The owner's wife was also very hospitable and kind! This homestay is not too good! ! ! The high-speed rail station is 10 minutes away, only 3 kilometers away from the ancient city of Yannvzhou and Xiangao, and it is super convenient to travel. The log wind is super healing, the room has a projection + a viewing bay window, and it is super comfortable to lie down and watch the green mountains. Including Jiangxi special breakfast, the boss is super enthusiastic, the price is full, you can really come to Wuyuan 🐛

This place is absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner is a gem, he went out of his way numerous times to make sure that my stay was perfect. He picked me up from the train station in a grand car for a very fair fare. He also helped me rent a bike and even dropped me off on a beautiful road to cycle along to. Without him.I would have not been able to experience the beautiful countryside riding a bike, which is something I recommemd to anyone visiting the region. The land is so peaceful and preserved and you can stop in small non commercialized villages along your bike ride. Regarding my room, it was big, quiet, had an awesome view, the water temperature and pressure were adequate. It was also spotless clean and had a great sound system and projector screen. As for the location, the scenic area is just outside at the doorstep, but the hotel is very peaceful still. There is a nice Delonghi machine to make a good expresso in the morning. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and cozy. I don't speak Chinese but this was not a problem - with the translator apps everything was easy. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to beautiful Wuyuan!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely impressed with the exceptional service. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Although the hotel does not have a lift, the owner personally helped carry our luggage to our room, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-10 minutes walk from the entrance to the Wuyuan Huangling Scenic Area, and the owner kindly showed us the way. He also picked us up from the exit area after our visit. In addition, he arranged a taxi from the train station to the hotel at a very reasonable price, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. For the price we paid, we were truly impressed by the level of service provided. The room was clean and comfortable, and one of the great benefits of staying here is that guests do not need to pay for the cable car. There are also some local restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Huangling. The outstanding hospitality and excellent value made our stay even more memorable.

When I saw the decoration of the B&B, I just wanted to say that the owner has really good taste and pays great attention to details. I went there with my two children and loved it so much that they just wanted to stay in the room and refused to go out. 1. The layout of the room is very reasonable and advanced, and the pillows are one latex and one cotton, which are very thoughtful; 2. The loft we live in has wooden floors, and every corner of the stairs up and down is wrapped with anti-collision corners, and there are also warm reminder signs; 3. There is a caring classmate beside the bed, whom my son loves very much; 4. The toilet is also a fully intelligent Jiumu; the toothbrush and disposable slippers are better than the five-star hotels I have stayed in; 5. Knowing that there were children staying, we thoughtfully prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers; 6. There are bookmarks in the lobby for guests to stamp and keep as souvenirs. Every corner of the B&B has the atmosphere of a cultural person and is super comfortable.

This B&B is the closest to Wunvzhou. Right after we got off the high-speed train, the owner immediately arranged a car to pick us up. She also recommended a fantastic local restaurant nearby, serving incredibly delicious home-style food at very reasonable prices, and even helped us secure discounted tickets for local attractions! When we had some free time in the afternoon, she suggested Xiangao Ancient City, which turned out to be a perfect spot for taking stunning photos. On our second day, she arranged for a car to pick us up directly from the B&B for our trip to Huangling, and we also got discounted entrance tickets! Honestly, for anything you need, just ask the owner – she's incredibly helpful! Absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!
