"The room environment was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding! The landlady called us a day in advance to arrange a shared ride to the hotel, which touched us deeply. She even helped us arrange a shared ride back to the train station. When we asked her how to get to the visitor center, she immediately left the guesthouse behind and led us several hundred meters to the nearest intersection. We hope her business continues to thrive! The breakfast was a bit simple, and she didn't ask about our preferences, such as whether we wanted it spicy. Overall, 100% satisfaction. We offer suggestions for improvement."

"The guesthouse I stayed at this time was a perfect experience, deserving a high rating. The decor was simple yet warm, with high-quality soft furnishings. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, making it incredibly relaxing. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a restful and comfortable night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, a water heater, and toiletries. The appliances were new and functioned perfectly, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The layout was well-designed, spacious yet not cramped, with ample storage space. The bathroom was clean and dry, and the toiletries were of good quality, giving me peace of mind. The room offered excellent privacy and a quiet environment, free from outside disturbances. Every detail of the room showed care and attention to detail, and the stay far exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for a short stay or a relaxing vacation, highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip."

GGuest UserThe Huazhu Wuyuan Yueyuan Wufei B&B is amazing! 👍 The renovation of the old house was meticulously done. A professional designer designed the courtyard, preserving its ancient charm while maintaining elegance and comfort. The rooms are cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The meals are authentic Wuyuan cuisine, and the proprietress's cooking is exceptional, making the specialties incredibly delicious. Breakfast and lunch offer a complete selection of Wuyuan specialties (pocket carp, steamed pork with rice flour, steamed fish with rice flour, Qingming fruit, etc.). The dishes are made with all-natural ingredients, including cucumber, cowpea, green pepper, and river chicken. The whole family devours every meal!
You can also cycle along the rippling river, amidst the gently swaying blossoms. In the courtyard, you can play pot-to-pot together, creating a truly immersive experience.
The attentive service makes it feel like home! 🥰
The proprietress and her family run the B&B as if it were their own home. Every corner of the old house holds history, every visitor has a story, and every dish the proprietress prepares is filled with warmth.
It is better to come here by yourself after seeing and hearing it. Feel the inheritance of this history and the love for life.

Originally built during the Yongzheng period, it boasts a genuine 300-year history and was once the residence of a third-rank official. Now, it's a provincial-level historical preservation building in Jiangxi!
The hotel amenities are also comprehensive:

GGelunwoerdeyuanshaoWuyuan Yueweitang Guofeng Hotel boasts stunning Huizhou-style architecture and an elegant, picturesque environment. Nestled by mountains and water, the air is wonderfully fresh.
The complimentary dinner provided by the hotel was absolutely delicious, featuring dishes like stir-fried pork with chili, spicy chicken, and green vegetables. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed the meal and left feeling very satisfied.
The hotel's infinity pool is incredibly photogenic; in the evenings and early mornings, many children could be seen playing there. We also took a dip ourselves – the water was crystal clear, and swimming under the sun was a truly delightful experience.
The complimentary traditional Chinese Hanfu-style attire was also beautiful. Taking photos by the hotel's traditional lotus pond while wearing them yielded some absolutely stunning pictures.
Our room was clean, tidy, and remarkably spacious. Breakfast was abundant, with the buffet offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

YYouheThe location is easy to find, with a large logo that you can see at a glance. The environment is very good, the atmosphere is also 🈶️, and the homestay is clean and tidy. The boss is very nice, simple and friendly. When he is free, he also took us to nearby attractions. When I checked out, I left my things at the hotel, and the boss mailed them to my home! All in all, it was a very satisfying homestay experience!

GGuest UserEverything is very good, especially the big brother who is responsible for the reception. He is really attentive to the service. The village is so quiet at night. The wooden structure house is very smelly and I like it very much. However, we couldn't sleep in during the two days we stayed. People in the village get up early; also, if you want to eat the old hen recommended by the store, you must be reminded to stew it, stew it, stew it... If you have the chance, you will go back.

GGuest UserAbsolutely recommend Mingxun Tang -- the hotel is nestled in the heart of Yan Cun, one of the smaller, delightful, history-rich and less touristy of the Wuyuan villages. The location is a very convenient point from which to do day trips around the scenic spots in Wuyuan. The hotel is in a beautifully reformed old house -- it has a lovely garden and keeps parts of the original structure, as well as some memorabilia from its previous iteration such as receipts from the late Qing Dynasty! The rooms are lovely and well-equipped with all amenities.
Finally, the service is wonderful -- it was the owners of the hotel that recommended our driver and guide for the trip! The hotel offers delicious home-cooked meals and although they don't have coffee they kindly helped us buy some from a nearby cafe and brought it to us.
Overall a wonderful stay!

GGuest UserMy first time in Wuyuan, and this was absolutely dream accommodation! I loved the Japanese-style tatami room, especially the little balcony. The coffee shop downstairs was also lovely, the coffee was great, and most importantly, there were several chubby little cats—so cute!!!

GGuest UserThe B&B is located by the river (creek) in Zhang Village, with an elegant and quiet environment! There is also a dog ”Wangzai” and a cat. After the rainy season, you can directly see the bench bridge on the large outdoor terrace (April is still the rainy season, and the village has not yet built it). Fortunately, the bench bridge is not unique to Zhang Village, and the bench bridge in Shangtan Village is also spectacular (attached with Shangtan Bench Bridge Figures 9 and 10). The owner and waiters of the B&B are very polite and considerate. The room layout style is antique and well-equipped, which is worth recommending.

GGuest UserThe most therapeutic part of this trip was the slow pace of life at Chaguan and Hongguan. 🌿 Mist shrouded the village, with cascading springs and creeks, the azure sky transforming the ancient village into a watercolor painting.
The ancient Chaguan Bridge lay serenely over the stream, its ancient camphor trees providing ample shade.
Staying in a riverside guesthouse was a delightful surprise, with breathtaking views at every turn.
Enjoying breakfast on the balcony of the Hongguan Bookstore, accompanied by the babbling brook and chirping insects, time seemed to slow down; I just wanted to linger there a little longer.
P.S. We arrived at 3 AM, and thank you to the housekeeper for the warm hospitality. The room was spotless and odor-free. The breakfast was plentiful. See you next rapeseed flower season!

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place for tourists (including foreign tourists). Nancy and the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly - they shared recommendations on where to visit. The food was absolutely delicious; we recommend ordering lunch and dinner there too. The room was lovely; the view from the balcony was stunning and very peaceful. We recommend hiring Master Yu as the driver; He drove us around the various villages (Wuyuan is his hometown, so he knows all the good places to visit). He is so thoughtful and took our picture many times! The afternoon tea was also very special. We had a wonderful trip!
