真正的老宅改造的酒店，氛圍感很強，酒店本身就可以當一個特色景點了，村落也安靜美好。設施、衞生環境和人員服務也都很好，住的兩天趕上下雨，在這種房子裏聽雨也是種享受。提供的早餐很豐富且十分有當地特色，也可以提供另付費的晚餐，需要提前説一下，菜品也不錯

非常好的民宿，老派徽式建築很有特點，還有精緻的花園和茶室，老闆和善、温婉、親切、誠懇，是品茶的行家，管家認真負責，對客人體貼入微，員工恪盡職守，很有素質，房間乾淨整潔，飯菜非常可口，總之是一次很好的體驗，會向親友推薦的。

婺源油菜花齊放的山間小徑旁居然藏匿着一座有歷史意義的民宿，白牆，青瓦，古樓，斑駁的牆基，似漏非漏在油菜花海中甚是悠然，老闆懷着修行之人的理念 守候和經營着它，住宿其間品茶道、談琴瑟，可謂是有景，有花，有文化，非常推薦！

去婺源度假很好的選擇，服務周到，早餐和民宿晚上配餐的晚飯都很不錯。下午到店在花園喝茶聽堂主講講古宅的故事很是有趣，整個延村油菜花開得正盛，美不勝收。

酒店很好地保留了古建築的原有細節，令人歎為觀止。房間古樸但不簡陋，中式風格中很好地融入現代的空調、燈具，中央空調管路隱藏，外機也隱藏在餐廳的屋頂，被馬頭牆遮蔽。
前面有個小院，設有茶室，主人專業茶藝師，喝茶聊天非常自在放鬆。
