有歷史的老宅子，經過用心的翻新，既保留了歷史的味道，又變得安逸舒適，讓人很是喜歡。主人向我們介紹了老宅的情況，又做了可口飯菜，尤其是梅乾菜燒肉，讓我們讚不絕口，還品嚐了他們自釀的美酒，真想再找機會來多住幾天。小貓五分因為調皮衹能多待在他的大籠子裏，這裏的一切都很美好。自駕的客人導航到停車場後，需要順着路邊的路牌指示方向往巷子裏走，或者到清華鎮後致電老闆，因為大門不臨街。

老闆娘漂亮熱情，房間舒適度高，古建的房子住着比想象中乾燥。孩子吃了提供的免費水果，零食，很好吃。和老闆娘喝茶聊天。非常適合休閑旅遊。下次還選擇這家。無限推薦。

爸媽對這家民宿讚不絕口，房子很有味道，老闆人超級好。飯菜也好吃，經濟實惠，實在找不出缺點。婺源的很多房子也是仿古了的，但是這麼好的老宅子被保存這麼好，非常感慨老闆的用心，支持。

要帶着狗狗一起，所以選擇寵物友好住宿。非常驚喜，280年的老宅修復很有氛圍感。老闆娘很熱情，廚房阿姨燒的菜非常好吃。我們兩天都是晚上回住處吃的。量很大，一家三口根本吃不完。不能吃辣，都可以點不辣的，特別推薦家常豆腐，粉蒸肉，吃了兩碗米飯。晚飯後，老闆娘燒壁爐，圍爐煮茶給我們消食，陪我們聊天。早飯阿姨等我們起床再做，非常貼心。總之要去婺源的朋友強烈推薦住志成堂。
