Wuyuan Skywells exceded our expectations for a quick family trip to the countryside. Ed and Selina are wonderful hosts, the service was excellent- great food, drinks, comfy beds and wonderfully decorated rooms, bikes to take out for the day and easy to follow maps for day trips. Our one year old son had a great time- a ride on the bike in the baby seat, loved the walks around the village and a couple of hikes, and swimming nearby in a river. I highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants a break from the city!

The hotel rooms are actually split among many of the buildings around Huangling. Despite looking like an old building on the outside, the inside was furnished like a modern hotel room. Check-in is at the lower cable car station. There's a shuttle service that picks you up from the upper cable car station and takes you to the hotel reception area. From there you'll walk to your room, wherever it happens to be. Breakfast buffet was Chinese-style with multiple options.

The room was very good, the store upgraded us to the suite for free, the room was quite distinctive and clean. With two night tickets for the Nvzhou Resort, about1.6 kilometers away from the scenic spot, you can rent an electric car near the hotel, riding for 15 minutes, it is more convenient.

Booked this place during the labor holiday. It's very convenient since it is inside the Wunuzhou Resort. There are a lot of places to eat and activities to do. The front desk personnel were helpful and the check in process was prompt. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't want about this hotel is that they don't have the elevator to go up the 3rd floor. So, if you have luggages request your room to be on the first floor. They don't have concierge service to help you bring your luggages upstairs.

Amazing staff!! They went above and beyond helping me out due to COVID restrictions. I can’t thank them enough. They also helped organise a car to visit the local scenic spots and made sure I was ok with food recommendations. It was super hot and they gave me a plate of snacks to keep cool. The room was clean and well decorated with all the things you could need. The location was a short walk to shops and restaurants.

It’s the first time I’ve come to Wuyuan and I chose to stay here. It’s only a little distance from the bench bridge. When you put down your luggage, you can go to the bench bridge to watch the sunset. It’s super beautiful. The small village is really very quiet at night, there are insects and birds, and there are many stars without light pollution. I really feel very happy to come here after staying in the city for a long time. The aunt’s cooking at dinner is super delicious. It’s not a high-end cuisine, but it’s the two most comfortable meals I’ve had in Jiangxi. Potato shreds and braised pork with preserved vegetables are the dishes we have been craving for days. The most important thing is to talk about the super nagging butler lady. I heard her tell a lot of stories, which made me not so bored. It’s so cute that she even helped me carry my luggage up to the third floor. The volunteer girl is also very cute. I recommended the delicious snail powder haha, the boss is also a very tasteful person, and many of the items in the store let us say: so beautiful, if only mine. It's worth a visit. This is a very stylish hostel full of enjoyment and cultural attractions. It is clean, spacious, and decorated with local culture element. Book a room with a balcony you will enjoy the local architectural design and a peaceful moment. The hostess is a very nice and friendly lady. We asked her to prepare a dinner for us which was surprisingly good! We’d certainly want to stay here again if we’ll come back to WuYuan. Highly recommend !
