酒店實際情況和商家的圖片嚴重不符，枕頭很臟，還有很多毛髮，是否一客一換，自己想吧。洗漱盆，牆壁，桌面，椅子臟舊，圖片為證。前台説枕頭有毛髮是符合要求的，不知道什麼邏輯。不需要您退錢了，實在太噁心，我也不入住了，衹希望給其他顧客提個醒，還它個真實面貌。
