前台有午休時間，去的時候正好前台無人，打電話給酒店負責人據説是什麼主任一個男的接的電話，愛搭不理的説等一下，這一等等了近二十分鐘，後來來了個女的啥都搞不來的給了個房卡，入住的時候房間里居然無熱水，打電話給XC後來那個男的跑來處理還説直接聯繫他即可，問題是打酒店電話處理速度緩慢，效率奇差，那個男的很傲慢一副愛住不住的樣子，這種康養酒店就不要掛牌出來接散客了，除了環境好，其他諸如房間設施早餐都一塌糊塗，不推薦入住！

地址偏僻得驚人，和服務員協調取消訂單事宜時掛我兩次電話，當天開車到達比較晚，是凌晨一點左右，前台沒人，打電話過去接通之後我話沒説完又給我掛了，給我説沒有人上班？態度極其惡劣，又説什麼我根本沒訂？遇到的工作人員全體一副擺爛風，態度敷衍，沒有感受到尊重。
