酒店設施很好，有一衹很喜歡互動的金剛鸚鵡，還有個小動物園，有梅花鹿和孔雀等。房間稍有些潮濕，但因為四周都是樹所以在所難免。唯一的不足是有些部門的服務意識不足，所有開觀光車的小哥全程板著臉更不會打招呼，前台的接待技巧也需改進。其他服務人員都很好。總之，服務拉垮可惜了這麼好的酒店硬件

房間很舒服，酒店很大，游泳池來不及體驗了有點可惜。早飯還是很豐富的，除了晚上的中餐廳要提前點菜，別的沒啥問題。值得常來的一家酒店！有麋鹿，孔雀和家禽養殖區，整體非常棒！

酒店真是世外桃源，空氣確實好，因為下雨的原因沒能爬山留下少許遺憾，令人驚喜的是這麼偏僻的酒店居然有如此精緻的燒烤音樂酒吧，酒水也比較豐富，燒烤食材和味道也在線，還可以K歌，酒吧胖老闆挺有意思，酒量也很好，晚上大醉，非常盡興

Perfect stay in the amazing surrounding. Huge terretory with villas, swimming pool and a little zoo build in a tropical landscape. The hotel is located right next to the entrance to the national rainforest park.
The stuff is super supportive. We were upgraded to the room on the 5th floor with a remarkable view on the mountains. Also, Mr Sam help us to plan and book our futher travelling in the surroundings.
