住在森林裏，定的雨林別墅房，前台給升級了豪華別墅房，兩者的區別在於一個在二樓一個在一樓，條件比我預想的要好，隔音效果也不錯，睡的很香。

環境幽雅、空氣清新、氧離子含量極高，服務不錯，餐廳晚餐味道也不錯！略顯不足的是早餐品種有點少！不過別墅區有幾衹親人的貓貓抵消了早餐的不足

衞生：一般，房間內有黴味，燈罩上有蟲子，浴缸裏感覺剛沖洗過全是水也沒擦乾。
設施：設施較為完善，在山裡已經算是不錯的了。
環境：在五指山景區內，環境非常不錯。
服務：去房間有車接車送，服務人員服務態度很好。

總體非常滿意，打了五分，但是因為靠近湖邊，房間剛進去的時候，淡淡的有點黴味，建議多通風，除濕！
服務員的態度都非常好，銷售總監更是親臨現場，印象令人深刻
