A much needed weekend staycation in Hainan. Hotel is in a gorgeous location - set in the tropical rainforest. Very large grounds. Helpful and accommodating staff. Bath tubs and heated blankets for the cooler months. We had a fantastic guide who took us on a walk just outside of the hotel and into the rainforest. You can do a shorter loop or you can continue up and up and up lots of stairs- it is a good workout. The path is not 100percent complete / or not open right at the top so we went to a little door and back down again. I very much enjoyed this walk. Our helpful guide provided with walking sticks and helped with photo opportunities. After the the walk he showed us a a temple and gallery located in the hotel’s grounds. The gallery kindly provided us with our very own tea ceremony and the views from the small room of the mountain was lovely.

The hotel is located in the center of Wuzhishan, on the bank of the beautiful Nansheng River. There are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient to travel. This time I stayed in a suite of type 01, with a wide view and a panoramic view of the mountains and rivers. The interior is clean and tidy, the service is attentive, the dustpan meal is delicious, the portion is sufficient, and it is delivered to the room. It is very popular. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel environment is really super beautiful, and the children and elders like it very much. Miss Butler Xiao Xue is super invincible. Such a trouble-free homestay is still not recommended. It is not worth it here. As a Hainanese, I don't want tourists to come happily and return disappointed. I had to proactively search for the staff on WeChat before giving parking and check-in instructions. The dinner service was not good enough. There were only 5 tables in total and I couldn't figure it out. Only the electric car service was good. The hotel's outdoor plank road has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for small hikes. It's just that there are many side roads and a lack of hints. The plank road in Linxi is relatively primitive. There is no one around. If there are children, it is easy to get into trouble. Although there are warnings at several check-in points on the mountain, climbing is risky. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its natural environment and room conditions. It has just opened and everything is very new. There is a dojo inside the snail shell, which is great for taking pictures and walking around. I just hope that service standards can be improved, and guidance and guidance in outdoor areas can be improved and strengthened, especially in the boardwalk area. You need to be clear about where you can go and where the forks in the road lead. Don't wait for something to happen before you think about remedying it.

The location of the hotel is right next to the city. A very long river. The balcony has a nice view. The price and room facilities are very nice. You can also go rafting in the Red Canyon and you can buy it directly downstairs. It is very close to the road uphill! ! But there is a bar next door to the hotel, which will not end until at least 2:30 in the evening. You can hear the sound of music vibrating upstairs with the balcony door closed😭
