Fiona would deliver it to my room on time every day, which is not available in other hotels. I came to Xi'an for a business trip. Since I am an IHG member, I booked a Crowne Plaza hotel. The location is not bad. If I am here for fun, it is almost 3 kilometers away from the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The facilities in the hotel room are pretty good and should be included. I have everything, and the room was upgraded for me. IHG membership is quite useful.
