I found the hotel in no time! It's in a fantastic location right by the Bell Tower, and the area around it is really lively at night. Plus, they offer unlimited bottled water, which is a huge convenience – no need to buy any!"

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the subway station and attraction entrance, and you can walk to the main commercial area in just 5 minutes. Getting around is super easy, even with luggage, no detours needed. The room was spotless; the sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless, and even the AC vents and bathroom drains were dust-free. As a detail-oriented person, I was thoroughly impressed! The service was also incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems. Anything I needed was delivered to the room within minutes, with zero disturbance but always on call. The value for money is off the charts, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"Totally enjoyed our stay at Novotel for 6 nights. The location is perfect and right next to the metro exit H, which makes it really convenient to travel around the city by metro. The service staffs were friendly and made you feel right at home from the front desk to the laundry staffs. The morning buffet spread is adequate, with a mix of local delicacies and the standard western food to cater to international guests. They placed bottled water near the lifts which made it really convenient for us to stay hydrated throughout our stay. They will also check in with us via WeChat if we want any supper for the evening and they will be delivered to our room via their robot. The laundry room also made it easier for us to travel light and have our clothes washed and dried."

"I chose this hotel for its location, and it definitely didn't disappoint! It's right next to Dacha City Metro Station, just a short walk from the exit. You can take the metro directly to attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Muslim Quarter, which is incredibly convenient for us 'special forces' tourists. The area around the hotel is full of local eateries. In the morning, I could just head downstairs for authentic Roujiamo and Hu La Tang (spicy soup), and in the evening, after exploring, I could grab some late-night snacks on the way back. Although it's an economy hotel, the room felt spacious. Even though the window faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all; the soundproofing was surprisingly good. The bed was comfortable, and there were pillows of different firmness to choose from, which is so important for someone who spends all day walking around! I can't even begin to describe how good it is in just 300 characters. This hotel truly made our Xi'an trip's accommodation experience perfect!"

"Staying here is incredibly convenient! It's right near the scenic area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, making it easy to get around. Taxis are just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, and the service is warm and friendly. You can even do Hanfu upstairs! I highly recommend it; it offers excellent value for money!"

"Amazing location and kind host ! Room is clean and comfortable. Location is amazing just 5 minutes from metro and in the market so endless food to try. It is located in a backstreet but it was not hard to find as I saw in some comments, it is very safe and smiling neighbors. "The hotel is centrally located. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming every day. Its location is excellent, right next to the ancient city wall, offering fantastic views of the wall from the outdoor terrace. However, it's worth noting that the front desk is on an upper floor and requires an elevator ride, so the entrance isn't very obvious from the outside. The hotel's decor is a charming Chinese style. Our Tang Dynasty room was great, a good size, and well-equipped. Each bed had a bedside table. The vanity was behind a half-partition within the bedroom. The toilet and shower were in separate cubicles behind the vanity. The bathroom area is visible from the bedside, but that was fine for us. The air conditioning worked very well. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided. The self-service laundry area was a welcome bonus, featuring 3 washer-dryer combos, detergent, drying racks, and a garment steamer. Breakfast was excellent, primarily Chinese dishes, with some continental Western options available. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the subway, shops, and the ancient city wall from the hotel."

"Staying at a hotel by the city wall is how you truly understand the city's daily life. The Xiaonanmen morning market is very close, and it's easy to get there from the hotel. I chose this hotel purely for its proximity to the city wall, and the actual experience was even more comfortable than expected. The location is indeed convenient. Turn right out of the hotel entrance and walk for 5 minutes, and you're at the city wall walkway entrance. In the morning, you can stroll along the wall, feel the breeze, and watch the morning light spill over the brick seams – much more pleasant than fighting crowds at tourist spots. The standard room I booked didn't disappoint either; the window directly faced the side of the city wall with no obstructions. At night, you could see the warm glow on the wall, not harsh but very atmospheric. The hotel's overall style is unfussy, just clean and tidy. The bedding was quite soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was better than I imagined – I wasn't disturbed by footsteps outside. Breakfast was a simple spread of congee, steamed buns, and small side dishes, but it was fresh and hot. The front desk staff also proactively recommended good local noodle shops nearby, which saved a lot of hassle compared to searching on my own. If you're visiting this city and want a comfortable stay close to the city wall, this place is quite suitable. It doesn't have over-the-top gimmicks, just genuine convenience and comfort."

"This is a fantastic hotel! My girlfriend and I traveled during the off-season, and after considering transportation, location, and nearby attractions, we chose this place. Our overall experience was very satisfying. The room had excellent natural light, making it bright and comfortable. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and the room even had a humidifier, which was great for avoiding dryness in winter. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and greeted us warmly. I especially want to commend the front desk; their service was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. Since we arrived in the evening, my girlfriend casually mentioned how cold it was outside during check-in, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us hand warmers and even some local beverages. We were genuinely touched by their kindness. The breakfast looked very rich and varied, but we wanted to try some local specialties, so we didn't get a chance to taste it. A big thank you again to the front desk for their attentive service. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel that I highly recommend!"
