GGuest UserI have lived here for a while and I am very satisfied with it. The boss is very warm and polite. The location of this place is also very good. It is on the central axis of Chang'an Road in Xi'an. Xi'an Metro Line 1 is just outside the door. About 1km south is the two large shopping malls of Xi'an MixC and MixC. The ruins of the Temple of Heaven in the Tang Dynasty, the Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Shaanxi Museum and many other scenic spots are all within 3km. The transportation is well connected and extremely convenient. It is the best choice for those who travel alone. The view from the room is also very good. From the window, you can see the CBD of Jinye Road in Xi'an and the Qinling Mountains in the distance.

SSusannaPowersI hate to leave this negative review because the staff was very nice, but the cleanliness of this establishment left much to be desired. There are two HUGE spots of mold in one of the female dorms (photos attached). How no one else has pointed this out, I am not sure. The bathrooms do not appear to be cleaned regularly and toilet paper was not provided. There also wasn’t a filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Finally, there were no sheets for the sofa-bed I stayed on. Perhaps I was expected to bring those, but I find it a bit gross for hundreds of people per year to sleep on the same surface with no barriers.
Despite this, the location and price cannot be beat. If you are looking for a cheap, one-night stay, it will do the trick.

GGuest UserI came to Xi'an in a hurry. I just checked into a youth hostel after leaving the train station. The moment I stepped into Mushe, I would have never imagined that the time after that would be so nostalgic. Come to your senses, am I really leaving now? Obviously there was no emotion at all when I first came here. I just felt like it was a youth hostel that was very hygienic and everyone got along well. When did I fall in love with this place? Was it the landlady who picked me up at the door late at night on the first day I came here? Is it the dim lights and misty smoke outside the gate in the dead of night? Is it the unexpected encounters between him and her, or the snacks on the street corner that you never get tired of eating? Is it the bustling Muslim Street or the dimly lit city that never sleeps? When exactly was it, and who was it, cunningly leaving something in a corner that I didn’t notice at the time that I will think about day and night in the future. When you fall in love with a place, your thoughts will never leave your mind easily. When you fall in love with a place, whatever happens there will always be memorable. At a certain moment, it may be the chat in the living room after dinner, it may be ”that medicine” in my hand when I have a cold, or it may be an ordinary moment, I understand the sentence: ”Actually, the best memory is In the moment, in front of you, and it will be the best time of your life.”

GGuest UserInitially not as terrible as I had feared despite the low price. The layer of dust I saw when leaving my luggage early (in some corner because there was nobody to talk to) was gone when I checked in later. Place was easy to find (first image, take the elevator to the 5th floor and you're there) and in a very local area. Nice eateries and a small mobile phones and accessories mall turning left then right when leaving the building. Huimin Street and Drum and Bell Towers in walking distance. Free water dispenser and plenty of space in the hostel despite the lack of power outlets at the workspaces. But there comes the problem. The voltage at the power outlet seems elevated, my charger melted and almost caught fire although I used it everywhere else in Asia as well as for several weeks in China already. Other chargers I tried at this place also got extremely hot. They put me in a separate room to prevent another bad review on the potential production of spit, noise, dirt and sometimes even cigarette smoke in the dorms. One bathroom even had a seat toilet. Obviously plenty of smoking in the common area.

QQuang MinhVery clean and well-organized place. Has a sophisticated and free water dispenser. Plenty of common areas. Can do laundry. There is not much around the hostel but if you know how to use the subway, the bus or your feet, then you can get around. Your roommates might still be inappropriate (I'm sure they smoked in the room although it was forbidden) but that has cultural reasons. There was rather a strict rather than a friendly, family-like atmosphere.

The location is absolutely perfect; step out and you're greeted by a thousand-year-old city wall, instantly setting an incredible mood. The interior is clean and fresh, with complete and well-maintained facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is thoughtful and attentive, with care evident in every detail. It's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, offering stunning views of Chang'an (Xi'an's ancient name) at an unbeatable value. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Xi'an!

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hostel! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and surrounded by snack shops and convenience stores. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and odor-free, the common areas were spacious and comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were fully equipped. It was so much fun chatting with fellow travelers from all over the world! The owner was warm and helpful, giving us tons of local travel tips and even helping us store our luggage. The value for money is incredible; I'll definitely stay here again next time. I've already recommended it to friends, and it's definitely worth coming back again and again!

GGuest UserThe quality-price ratio of this accommodation is very good. I arrived at 2 in the morning and they treated me very kindly. The facilities are very acceptable if we take into account that it is a very basic accommodation, with privacy and a private locker. Highly recommended for anyone looking for this type of accommodation. In my case I chose it because I was only going to be there for 5 hours. Good option for backpackers.
