Owners are pretty nice, location is okay, it is not very clean and privacy is not secure. If you don't mind to be uncomfortable this place is okay.

The receptionnist was very nice and attentive. You have all the necessary for such a low price, and it is well located to go to the Terracotta Warriors

The pictures on the website are from 25 years ago. Everything is dirty and broken.
My bed was no more than wooden planks with a blanket, see picture.
