The room was clean and tidy. The front desk clerk upgraded the breakfast for free and reimbursed the fare to Xi'an North Station. The front desk service was Zhang Yuyu, nice👍 I will continue to choose to stay next time. The breakfast is rich in variety. I forgot to take pictures😢

First off, the location is great! The hotel is close to a metro and is basically connected to a mall! There are plenty of delicious places to eat near by. The breakfast had many options and places to sit. Our room felt a little small compared to the last Holiday Inn Express we stayed at but there’s nothing to complain about. There’s also free laundry if that’s important to you!

The most satisfactory hotel, the service and hygiene are great, the best is the free upgrade to Hollywood King Room by Yuna at the front desk, especially recommended for a family of three. The hotel breakfast is usually late when going out, and I have never eaten it even if I booked a breakfast-inclusive package. This time I saw in the comments that the hotel breakfast is particularly good, so I set an alarm to wake up and eat, it is really good. Xi'an specialty Zenggao and Roujiamo are available
