Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

The hotel manager Sherry was excellent. Took care of my needs very well. Very helpful. IT staff Amy is technically very competent. Helped me with my WiFi setup efficiently. Very patient too. Reception staff Damon, young but very well mannered. Jason helped me call a cab at 5am. Very efficient n friendly.. Overall, makes me felt like home :)

Stayed for four nights and was generally satisfied. The hotel is in a good location, very convenient to go anywhere, there is a bus stop connecting to the subway station (TV Tower Station), and the taxi response is also very fast. The environment around the hotel is relatively quiet, and it is next to the Shaanxi Provincial High Court. The guest rooms are on the 3rd to 7th floors. I regret not asking the front desk to arrange a high floor. The third floor can still hear the sound from the ground, and it is more obvious after the temperature rises and the window is opened. It seems that on the second night, a woman was crying on the roadside at 1:30 in the morning and was woken up. On the last night, the young couple next door were still chatting loudly at 12 o'clock after returning to the room, and they could be heard through the wall. I walked to their door and heard it clearly. I knocked on the door to warn them, and they restrained themselves. Holiday Inn Express is still very suitable for individual travel. If two people travel together, the room is a little crowded. The member gift given by the front desk guy Peter on the first day of check-in-time-a cup of ginger tea, very delicious! Thank you!

Very good and great value for money. A bag of fruit was given when we checked in, and delicious black tea was given when we left the store. The service attitude is very good, where to play and what to eat, the questions and answers are very clear and enthusiastic. There are many special noodles of Shaanxi in the surrounding area. I live on the 22nd floor, the scenery is good, I stayed in two rooms.

在附近出差辦事比較多，一年多前住過感覺一般，但是這次來住了感覺還不錯，很經濟實惠。酒店前台招待熱情，這幾天西安天氣冷，還準備了熱飲供選擇，還有綠茶和紅茶提供。雖然前台距離電梯有一段距離，但是工作人員也進行了指引，所以也還是很方便。我定的是標大，房間寬敞，還有沙發，活動空間大不會感覺到很憋。雖然衹是短暫的一晚，但是總體體驗感很不錯，以後來出差會繼續考慮！

Very good, 2 breakfasts are also cost-effective, clean. The service is also good. Xiaojiao and Xiaoying at the front desk are warm and hospitable. There is a waiter in the restaurant whose name I don’t know. They serve enthusiastically. Give them a thumbs up! It just snowed!
