西安十三朝古都，外面光裏面差，尤其是這家酒店：房型面積不實或存在以次充好；服務態度欠佳，房間衞生不打掃，洗漱用品不換，還怪我沒告知要打掃，我説每天打掃撤換是常識呀，他卻振振有詞的説：你不要拿別人的做法來要求我。這樣的人真是少見。

住着舒服，放心。位置優越交通便利，鐘樓地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了，旁邊有很多好吃的。酒店設施齊全，工作人員服務很好，很主動，熱情。酒店在輔路上，也不會覺得很吵鬧，價格適中個人覺得性價比蠻高交通便利附近就有小吃一條街 距離鐘樓回民街很近也有直達的公交和地鐵大唐不夜城也是有直達的公交和地鐵是一次很好的入住體驗價格低！服務好！設施齊全！衞生乾淨！

不乾淨，床上都是黃印，桌椅板凳都是頭髮和灰，其他的都不説了，整晚上帶着衣服睡的
