很早就訂完房，5月10日出行前電話諮詢前台，由於是第一次到西安，所以諮詢下機場大巴的站點以及酒店的具體位置還有酒店位置與大巴車站點的關係，結果一問三不知，我表示很無語，那就問下酒店在什麼路上吧，前台告知酒店在建設路上。結果我乘坐機場大巴車到達酒店後發現：1、大巴車就停在酒店門口，並且在酒店大堂內辦公，車輛運行時間表很清晰，你們前台愣是看不到嗎？2、酒店在解放路上，十字交叉的另一條路也不叫建設路，請問您建設路是哪裡？3、酒店無線網就跟跳樓機一樣，一會兒有一會兒無，連續幾天告知前台，每次都説第二天來修，結果住了四天到，直到離開酒店當天還沒修好。建議你們老闆好好問下你們5月10日白天班兒的前台人員，是不是跟你們酒店有仇就是不想給你們店好好工作！非常差勁👎
