房間環境一如維也納品牌温馨清爽風格，床品乾淨，物品整齊！司機師傅敬業厚道，盡心接站；前台小姐姐踏實肯幹，細緻體貼，熱心給房間升級。出酒店步行七八分鐘就到地鐵4號線鳳城十二路站，可以直達西安北站、西安站，也可以週轉其他線路到機場，到各個景點都有相應地鐵接駁，出行很方便！環境地處經開區，避開喧鬧很安靜！品嚐西安美食也不見非得商圈擁堵排號，酒店早餐很有誠意，附近地鐵站旁邊就有各路餐食，觀歷史，品文化，嘗美食，安心舒適的古都之行！

位置很好找，大廳很大很氣派，入住前台還給倒了茶水😂，房間也很乾凈，洗澡水很大，退房前台小姐姐還送了小禮物，不錯不錯，看出來用心了，下次還來
