酒店早餐樣數多，有陝西特色，很好吃。但客房服務有待提高，住了5天，經常缺東西，需要打前台電話，才會給配齊

宣傳中明確説明酒店淋浴熱水均為**温泉水，結果清明來旅遊住兩晚都沒有熱水，聯繫前台説是酒店熱水供應是靠燒鍋爐，熱水用完就沒有了，要等第二天早上燒鍋爐之後才有熱水用，本來出來玩就很累很臟，勉強用涼水沖了一下進行洗漱，回家就嚴重感冒，發燒病倒。氣憤的點在於其宣傳和實際存在嚴重的出入，體驗感極差。宣傳有温泉水淋浴，結果到了説是燒鍋爐？還不一定有熱水用？現在什麼時代了，再不濟再經濟的酒店也有單獨熱水器使用，
