The boss of this hotel is so bad. We booked two rooms in advance the day before and arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening. After finally finding the place, the first time we called, they said they didn't see my order. Five of us went to the front desk to find no one to receive us. We made countless calls and no one answered. We had no choice but to book another hotel. This is obviously a discredit to Xi'an's tourism business card. I hope they will vigorously rectify such unscrupulous businesses.
