Thank you for upgrading our room type. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He introduced us to this and that. He was very considerate and the service was absolutely in place. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Everything was pretty good. The internet speed was very good and the large screen TV looked beautiful. It is worth recommending. The trip to Xi'an was a complete success.
