房東自家的房子，很大很乾凈，房東也很實在，我們兩家（六口人）居住的，每個房間都有獨立空調，客廳還有個立式的空調，房間設施很完善。滿滿好評，再來西安還會選擇的。

The landlord is really nice. I went with a few high school classmates. When you arrive at the apar**ent, the landlord will intimately introduce you to the supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops near the apar**ent. I will also recommend local characteristics and tell you a small guide to scenic spots to avoid pits.
And the house is really big with all kinds of facilities. The environment of the community is also very good, and parking is very convenient.
Compared with homestays of the same price, this one is really cost-effective.
