臨近好幾條馬路，感覺有點吵 關了窗户晚上也老能聽到拖車呼啦啦的聲音 害我第一天晚上睡不好，才睡了3個小時，第二天考試腦子跟漿糊一樣，無語 而且枕頭高度很奇怪，環境設施還可以吧

進房間之後異味太大，説不出開的味道，給前台投訴説是房務部的問題和前台關係不大，之後説找人去噴啦個空氣清新劑，但是味道還是很重，我問前台味道還是重的解決辦法，他們自己説你們要不退啦，自己在找個房間住，我之前定好的房間現在大晚上10點左右讓我自己在找房住不是開玩笑嗎！不是不理解你們，是你們自己的問題，為什麼叫見客户自己承擔，你們這麼大的連鎖酒店遇到這樣事情就沒有解決的方案和預案嗎！！！前廳和客房服務的培訓怎麼做的？
