房間熱水温度很低，放半個小時才有稍微感覺水有點温度，而且水壓很小，沒法洗浴。亟需改造，不然肯定嚴重影響酒店形象！

常寧宮園林酒店，就在2號線最南的常寧宮地
鐵站。出站大概2公里，再上個大坡就到了。
酒店是有個大院子的，景色優美，晚上也特別安
靜。
我住的終南人家景觀房，房間的窗户在樓道里,
這點不好，吵得很，也看不見任何景色。
游泳池不錯，在前台註冊會員就可以免費游泳一
次。有小童池，孩子玩的很開心。 #這些酒店景
觀超讚
無動力彩虹樂園，也是收費的，一大一小39.9,
因為快結束營業了，服務員衹收了29.9。
早餐還不錯，種類不算太多，但做的比較精緻。還可以一邊看櫻花，一邊吃早餐。

房間很乾凈 洗漱用具很完善 服務很到位 環境很幽美考試還有接送車 但餐廳飯有丟丟貴且少 早餐種類少 窗户對着走廊有走動噪音 衞生間異味需一直開排氣扇

房間衞生一般，大堂服務不滿意，辦入住時前台站很多人，你一句他一句，亂糟糟的，我們都不知道該聽誰的，給的房間電話是壞的，沒有網絡無法使用，服務員調試很久沒弄好，晚上7:00左右我又和服務員協商，幫我換了另外一間房，洗澡水很小，衞生間很冷，味道很重，第二天30號2:00左右我要退房，打電話與大堂服務聯繫電話也打不了，我辦退房酒店也沒有直接跟我説，要在12:00之前辦退房，憑什麼衹退我一半的費用，問他們要個袋子裝外套都説沒有，大堂的服務極差
