五一出遊入住西安華苑酒店，還未入住酒店人員就加了微信暖心詢問需求，入住後給小朋友入住禮，入住最後一天隔壁客人吵鬧不止，臨晨快一點鐘了工作人員孫文靜小姐姐秒回訊息幫助解決，第二天立馬給安排換了別的房間，此次西安行印象深刻的包括華美達酒店的服務！點贊！

設施:房間設施還是常規比較齊的。。。
性價比:過節這價格性價比不是很高。要900多。。貴了點。。
早餐:早餐種類中規中矩，不算很多。。味道還行。。
床:床墊不算很軟。。
衞生:衞生搞得不錯。。算乾淨。。
房間景觀:樓層較高，視線還不錯。。。
管家史玉林姐姐還不錯，反應速度很快。。總之華美達的管理，還是不錯的。。基本上出行都會選擇華美達、假日、萬豪等。。

前台辦理入住非常專業迅速，管家Rose辦理入住時添加微信，服務非常好，住了3天房間打掃很乾凈，管家很貼心多準備了幾瓶水也送了冰封雪碧，很不錯，酒店很好👌

五一出遊選擇這家華美達酒店很驚喜，管家式服務，會提前聯繫，詢問房間要求喜好，也提前準備了小禮品和飲品，檢查好房間，樓層安排高樓層，有問題隨時跟管家Rose聯繫，都很快解決，送了水果，也給推薦了兵馬俑一日遊，一條龍服務，管家看到家裡有人過生日，提前準備了驚喜，把房間佈置生日裝飾，也準備了一個小蛋糕，真的非常驚喜，沒有想到隨意選擇的酒店會這麼用心對待每一位客人，每天出遊歸來看到房間打掃非常乾淨整潔，也有很多水，太貼心啦，華美達酒店下次也會選擇的

在酒店入住了幾天，整體感覺挺滿意的，酒店門口有漢服小哥哥迎賓，非常的熱情。在前台辦理入住時有管家趙經理添加了微信，並且在入住全程提供着貼心周到的服務！任何時候有需要，趙經理都會第一時間回覆並且儘量滿足！不得不説，酒店的服務還是非常好的！
