帶孩子出行，無意間選擇到了這家酒店，地理位置十分優越，樓下就是地鐵口，到哪都方便。房間乾淨整潔舒適，設施完善。前台小姐姐看我帶的孩子，還給做了免費升級。總之，體驗感很好，下次還選這家酒店。

首先酒店的地理位置非常好，離城市最繁華熱鬧的地方衹有大概20min的時間。我們一家三口來，西安這座充滿歷史氣息和人文特色的城市 🌆 酒店也提供了非常好的服務，前台看我們定的普通標間為我們升級了家庭房 感謝前台接待小姐姐 酒店行方面非常便捷。二號線地鐵近在咫尺 酒店周邊也有很多高端、具有特色的餐廳和商場，欣賞高樓大廈和感受城市氣息非常的棒。致電到前台時工作人員都非常的有耐心，講解當地好玩的、好吃的，這次我們一家西安之旅非常愉快，有機會還是會選擇維也納店！

前台服務態度真的非常好，和周圍其他酒店相比，這家酒店環境不錯，佈局很有格調，也很温馨，前台小姐姐還給我做免費升級，送東西也很及時 工作人員對客人都很有耐心，主要是這裏出行去玩都比較方便，門口就是地鐵口，這是比較好的一點 下次還會選擇這家酒店
