酒店裝修好3個月，屬於新酒店，剛進酒店辦理入住，遇到了雷雨先生，為我們辦理入住非常快，非常專業，告知我們酒店的訊息，包括房間含不含早餐，酒店的wifi怎麼連接，退房時間，續住要提前講，免費的自助礦泉水，鐘樓有一家分店，雷雨先生非常專業，後來我有點小事告知了雷雨先生，他很快的就幫我解決了！酒店具體鐘鼓樓，回民街，大雁塔，不夜城也很近，距離地鐵站約一公里，很不錯的一家酒店，在這裏特此點名表揚雷雨先生，下次還會再來森德酒店的！特別加一句前台張錦華小姐姐服務也特別到位！好評！

房間採光不錯 ，衞生也打掃的很乾凈，設備完善網速可以 前台龐榮服務態度很好，安排的房間很安靜 ，距離地鐵口不遠地理位置不錯 附近小吃也是很多 可以滿足衣食住行

酒店在文藝南路上，距離大學西門很近性價比不錯的一家酒店，比鄰省體育場和國際購物中心賽格廣場不遠，地鐵都可以到，距離大唐不夜城也衹有4公里，前台龐榮給幫忙辦理的入住，房間乾淨床上用品很乾凈住的挺滿意的，服務態度都很好，出行也方便

環境衞生很好，因為是才重裝好2個多月，無窗的房間還是有味道，但每個房間都配了空氣凈化器，打開後味道淡了很多，前台小哥很熱情，服務態度很好。

房間是1.8米的大床，性價比挺不錯，酒店在省體育場附近出行很方便，有公交地鐵都可以步行到達，前台美女龐榮給免費寄存了行李人很好，房間住的挺滿意的，以後來玩會再考慮
